Excellent location right on the Rhine, to reach good restaurants walking. Ordinary room size with view of the river, modern clean bathroom. Friendly staff and breakfast buffet everything you need. In general, it is fully recommendable!

The bedroom is perfect for single travelers or assembly rooms. You have everything you need and very modern furnishings! As their motto also called ”sleep and good” it has certainly done this, if you want to have breakfast you can do this in the hotel on the Rhine. The bedroom has no own reception that runs all about the hotel on the Rhine but also that is Total easy thought and finally just 800m away.

Very good guesthouse close to phantasialand less than 10 minutes in the center of bruhl. Parking space is available and excellent service. We had 2 familie rooms. a familie room had two 2 bedroom rooms and a seperaat space for a single bed and sleeps 5 persons. It had a small comfortabele outside terrace. Breakfast was excellent all was nicely set up on the time we agreed and had everything you can wish for. super!

Ich habe vom 28.02. auf den 01.03.23 in Zimmer 215 übernachtet. Der Checkin verlief schnell und freundlich. Leider erhielt ich die falsche Information bezüglich der Sauna- diese sollte bereits (15:30 Uhr) geöffnet sein. Als ich gegen kurz nach 17:00 Uhr in die Sauna wollte, heizte diese gerade erst auf. Das Zimmer war sauber und modern. Allerdings, bauartbedingt, sehr klein. Besonders das Badezimmer ist mini und bietet kaum Abstellflächen. Das WLAN ist recht stabil, stößt aber scheinbar Abends an seine Kapazitäten. Da dieses Zimmer zur Eingangsseite/ Straßenseite/ Parkplatzseite liegt, war es in den Morgenstunden recht laut - aber mit Ohropax konnte das Fenster geöffnet bleiben. An der Sauberkeit gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Leider fehltem dem TV viele TV Programme. Der Fitness-/ Saunabereich wirkt dagegen etwas lieblos und ist zudem nicht voneinander getrennt. Insgesamt ist der Bereich etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Abendessen war leider eine Katastrophe. Ich bestellte die knusprige Maispoulardenbrust auf Kirschtomatengemüse und Rösti. Erhalten habe ich eine trockene Poularde, ohne Knusperhaut und fettigen Reibekuchen. Ich habe nur etwas von der Poularde gegessen und den Teller zurückgehen lassen. Dies wurde vom Service zwar entschuldigt- mehr aber auch nicht. Beim bezahlen wurde der volle Preis von €17,50 berechnet. Auf Nachfrage, ob das ernst gemeint sei, erhielt ich nur JA als Antwort. Da ich, als Platin-Member bei Hotmiles, regelmäßig in H Hotels übernachte, kann ich sagen, dass die Küchenleistung in Brühl bisher am schlechtesten aller von mir besuchten H Hotels ist. Es gab nicht einmal die sonst üblichen Brottaler mit Dipps. Das Frühstück entsprach dem typischen H Hotels Standard und war gut. Schade nur, dass die Säfte aus Konzentrat und Wasser bestehen. Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder auswählen, allerdings einen großen Bogen um das Abendessen und den unkulanten Service dort machen.

Struttura meravigliosa e tranquilla con ampio parcheggio e spazi verdi immensi con tanti tavoli, sedie e sdraio. Check-in estremamente accogliente. Camera e bagno ampi. La doccia risulta alquanto scivolosa senza ciabatte. In bagno manca il tappetto. Pulizia ok, anche se non manca qualche ragnatela sul soffitto e un po' di polvere su macchinetta del caffè e bollitore. Tazze in camera macchiate e piatti nella sala buffet non sempre lindi. Un punto in meno è sicuramente dovuto al fatto che non solo il rifacimento della camera sia da richiedere espressamente (ricordatevi di esporre il cartellino all'esterno della porta), ma soprattutto che un giorno l'abbiamo totalmente ignorato. La votazione complessiva non può però che essere alta, considerata l'estrema cortesia nell'offrire agli ospiti acqua fresca (naturale o gasata), mele, pere e biscotti a volontà; tutto questo è infatti disponibile h24 lungo i corridoi del piano terra. Solo bibite e alcolici sono a pagamento (da saldare alla fine del soggiorno). La cosa più incredibile è che offrano addirittura la cena dalle 19:00 alle 21:00. Il buffet prevede sempre tanta verdura, insalata di patate e di pasta, pane di vario genere, dolci e una pietanza principale che cambia ogni sera (noi abbiamo trovato fagottini di cavolo ripieno, cotolette di cavolo e formaggio, riso con salsa alla paprika/curry). L'unica pecca, se così si può dire, è che manca sempre la proteina. Al contrario, i prodotti della colazione prevedono una ricca selezione di formaggi, salumi e uova. Buona anche la parte dolce con croissant belli burrosi, 4 tipi di marmellate, cereali, frutta e un muesli delizioso.

We stayed for 2 nights to visit the Christmas market (Weihnachtsmarkt) at Bonn and Cologne. Perfect distance to both cities. Going there, signs to the hotel are not very visible. At night it was impossible to find the hotel without Google Maps. Check in time is supposed to be at 15.00 but we already had our key around 13.30. We were given a spacious room on the second floor facing the parking area and big container bins. No airco, only a tower fan hidden in the big wardrobe. There were 2 windows with heater underneath. In the morning when we opened the windows, we could hear lovely sound of birds chirping outside. The room had big LCD TV with German channels and BBC. No waterheater. Beds were soft and comfy with two big soft pillows and one little one. Comforter was warm enough in the winter. While the room has no odor at all, the bathroom is a different story. The shower/bathtub smells of damp, also has black spots on the wall. Water pressure in the shower could use great improvement. Breakfast is served from 7.00 until 10.00 (weekends) with many varieties of bread, meat, cheese, and fruit. The sausages that go with eggs and bacon were very delicious. Coffee is served by the waitress with medium coffeepot left on the table. Tea drinking is self-service with great selections of tea. Little teapots for hot water are nearby. The waitress gladly brought us hot water when we forgot. Although the hotel folder stated Wi-Fi connection is 1 euro per code/gadget, when we checked out, there was no extra charge for Wi-Fi. All in all, we had an enjoyable stay.
