Reception always occupied, gentlemen patented and friendly, the ladies rather jewelless and indifferent to German guests. Rooms 2 days standard for 570 Euro including breakfast ok but small. Definitely clean and quiet but no air in the bathroom therefore constantly moist in the room. Housekeeping nerves at the departure day from 8 a.m. although check out until 11th breakfast no 4 stars. The room is very comfortable and the room is very comfortable. Service is clean immediately as soon as no person is on the table. At 10 o'clock you can't even eat!!!! unshamed. Breakfast can not be held with international 4 stars resorts. Long waiting times for driving chairs as there are no additional driving chairs for housekeeping and house engineering, and it often does not create the very international audience in the 1. Walking on stock or on the parking place but stands forever exactly in front of the entrance of the hotel for check. The hotel's equipment and presentation with love to detail is worth the money even under constant psychedelical sound like in the whole resort rarely comes out of quiet and rest. No Bettenburg but luxury is different ! Not recommended in the main season.

More 3.5* than 4*. The hotel is rather new and flashy. The receptionist was super welcoming and helpful, providing all the required information for the stay. The room we got for 4, was spacious enough with complementary water and coffee. The decor is very modern, very bright with coloured ambient lights and a super big flat TV screen with access to Netflix (your own account) and YouTube; it is a life saver, when you have kids. Couple of issue with the room (the room control panel and the shower door not working or damaged), but nothing really to complain too much. The hotel is equipped with a (open air) swimming pool, but, given the season, it was closed; it has a small restaurant for dinner and breakfast. In low season, the restaurant offers only a limited amount of choices (not regional dishes). Breakfast buffet is ok, with some highs (the waffle machine or the nutella auto serving jar); the only problem is that it is served from 9:00 am (we had to book it to have it at 8:00 and it was not possible to have it before). If you are in Rust for the Europa Park, maybe it's not a big issue, but if you are travelling it might be. Parking in front of the hotel is available and there are a couple of places for recharging electric cars. All in all, good experience.

Very cool hotel! Ideal for families who just need a crash pad for visiting Europa Park as room is fairly basic. Could do with a kettle in the room but to be fair we didn’t ask if we could get one to the room so this may be a service they provide. Didn’t hamper our experience. Loved the added personal touch of writing a message on our mirror. You’ll find this in the elevator mirror too. Loads of space downstairs to mingle and spread out of you need a bit of space. Breakfast was delicious the next morning too, a proper and well stocked continental breakfast. Service was lovely

I booked a single room for two nights. The check-in was quick and very friendly in the restaurant, in which the breakfast included in the price is offered (currently no buffet but service at the table, the selection is made the day before using a list. The selection is extensive and the selection offered is very tasty .) The rooms can be reached via an outside staircase right next to the restaurant entrance. My room was modernly furnished and very clean, the more than spacious balcony and the really modern and practical bathroom for a hotel were particularly impressive. A selection of different pillows is available for the night, and there is also a TV, air conditioning, a safe, a coffee maker and a small fridge (unfortunately no freezer). The next time I stay in the region I would book the hotel again immediately!

I chose this hotel because I went to Europe park/rulantica. I stayed here with my friend for 4 nights. Super beautiful clean and comfortable room. With facilities such as: fehn, TV, shampoo, tea/caffee and towels. Every day was cleaned well. Staff is very friendly you can always ask them everything. In the morning a wide choice of breakfast and it was really all nice. The location is a little far from the park of Europe in a village nearby, but with the bus you will be there within 15 minutes (Park of Europe) and 7 minutes (Ruanica) and also a bus stop for the hotel, so that is quite easy. The ticket price is also included for the bus 1 person €2.90, just one day for one person to and again €5.80. In the surrounding area you have enough restaurants to eat evening and you can also eat in the European park. What can be provided with facilities is perhaps a small fitness room to sport. Forefront everything was super. Very recommended

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. 2 comfortable individual beds, table/desk, chair, good size tele, box with space to hang and leave dressing ... Good detail to put us a bottle of courtesy water. The room is not particularly high in nothing but it is comfortable and practical. The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. A good location to visit Europa-Park, Fribourg, and some other town of the Black Forest.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Ideal location, close to Europa Park and Rulantica. Large and spacious room with an efficient air conditioning system, but the bathroom ventilation is a little too omnipresent. Large free and lit parking lot.
