I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. This is the second set of friends or family that I have brought here in the last couple of years. Usually they have just arrived from the States. I bring them to this small little hotel, go for a walk on the palace grounds just off the grounds of the hotel, let them enjoy the great food in the attached restaurant--and it is a great way for them to start their visit to Germany The staff is very attentive and helpful. The hotel shuttle to the S-Bahn is very, very helpful. I have nothing but good to say about this hotel.

The hotel staff is very polite and professional. The hotel is located on a quiet street. The hotel is easy to find. The room is comfortable. The sheets are clean. The breakfast is rich and delicious. Near the supermarket and McDonald’s. I will stay again.

The rooms are modern, stylish and comfortable, a good size and very clean. The reception area and lobby is very fresh and smells lovely! Breakfast had a great variety and was being replenished all the time I was staying there for a conference and all the air-conditioning was efficient in the bedroom in the conference areas it was not very efficient (it was very hot outside) and the air felt muggy and sweaty. Made it hard to concentrate at times Location wise it is not particularly close to Munich its about 20/25 minutes in a taxi/car to the city centre.

We spent one night in the hotel before a morning flight. We usually stay in 3 and 4 star modern business class hotels and this one appeared to fit that criteria. The standard ”double” room sounded small to me so I reserved the ”premium” or ”superior” room for less than 10 euro more. This review reflects that upgraded room which is supposed to be about 18 sq m or 205 sq ft. The room was quite roomy, actually bigger than I expected. We were on the top floor. The top two floors (4 and 5) are smaller than the rest of the hotel and have only 10 rooms per floor. It was quiet and comfortable. Although it's only a 3 star hotel, it felt like a 4 star hotel to me. The only negative in my mind is the lack of a 24-hour reception. They apparently open at 0700 (though my ”booking” web site said it opened at 0630). I just seems like a hotel with 120 rooms should have 24 hour reception. Or maybe at least 5am to midnight. When we went to check out at 630am, no one was there and there were a few card keys lying around. We just left our card keys as well, then later got an email about online checkout. The area is a significant distance from central Munich. It's about half way to the airport. A station witih S-Bahn and U-Bahn lines is immediately adjacent to the hotel. There aren't a lot of restaurants nearby but there is one in the hotel and a few nearby. We went to a lovely Italian restaurant just a few blocks away. I would definitely be back.

We stayed here for 1 night, because we were on our way to Croatia. It was a hot day and there was no air conditioning in the room. Because of this we slept very badly. It was not super clean, but fine for 1 night. Unfortunately I had already paid in advance (but I did not remember this myself because of the many different bookings). At the counter I was told that I had not yet paid and that I had to leave my credit card details. I did this properly and they would deduct more than 130 euros. The next day I checked again and it turned out that I had already paid everything via *********** at the beginning of May. This was 117 euros. I explained this at the counter and the gentleman did not know how to refund the money. This was done in the afternoon, after we had already left. However, at the end of the day I received an email that the amount of 117 euros was refunded. Which I had already paid in May. The 130 that was now suddenly debited, remained. It is not a lot of money, but it is not very neat. No place for us to come back

In fact, 1 point is still too much. The worst MotelONE I've ever stayed in. The staff at CheckIn was so slow despite several waiting persons a) alone and b) so slow; in the evening the reception was incl. bar with a person who was even slower and hardly traced to sell a drink to the waiting person. For that, the fire alarm was continuously piped - this was quitted by the staff with a axle suck. Can he do nothing. After half an hour! I had my drinks, which were also calculated twice. I advertised, So far the motel has not signed up. Incredible. And in the morning the Foyer was too small for the many guests; then we put our breakfast inside in a corner. Horrible. I think the next mail I have to change the chain. But the too much calculated EUR 10 would still like to return. Oh yes - the safe was defect. Unfortunately, I couldn't tell anyone who would have had time.

Great hotel to visit the Alliance Arena. A nice stay around. Price performance excellent. Eat good. Reception and check out without problems. Parking in the deep garage excellent. Come back at the next visit to the Arena.
