Hotel location is very good, there are parking spaces. The room was very clean. Every time I went out, I would choose Lavande Hotel. The basic room facilities of the chain hotel were the same, so I didn't have to worry about hygiene and the environment. Very smart and the pillows are very comfortable. Satisfied 👍.

Generally speaking, accommodation is fine, except that the electronic invoice is issued. There is no official seal on the invoice and it is troublesome to print. You must download the bird software and download it. The most important invoice does not have an official seal.

The front desk service was very good, the cleaning was not in place, I stayed for six days and cleaned for three days. I told the cleaning twice in person. She was in the next room to do sanitation. I said that I went out. You help me with hygiene. I still didn’t do it when I came back. The cleaning button in the room was also false. I pressed it in the morning and went out for a morning. I didn’t do it. I pressed it in the afternoon and no one did it. I had to call the front desk to ask. The front desk said that I didn’t do it in the morning. I checked out. In the afternoon, I know that you are appeased me. Anyway, the experience is really bad, the room is quite big, I have not dragged it for six days. I accidentally spilled a few drops of milk tea on the ground. I still have to clean it for six days. The hotel is so high-end that it will be yellow for a year or two.
