I had a wonderful stay in my apartment. The hotel staff were so caring and helpful to ensure my needs were met. Such a great service. My room was lovely and so clean with everything I needed for a week stay. The toiletries were beautiful and the coffee was great. Close to transport and shopping. Will definitely stay again. 1st glance is nice, spacious. Then Foxtel is scarcely there.Some buttons on remote missing. Spar has water rust stains,appearing dirty.Spar tap hanging from wall. No bath liquids. Byo. Bathroom door doesn't shut... Outside light comes in (no blinds) along with toilet smells & noises. Byo airfreshener & sleep mask. Front door has a punch hole in it & is so badly fitted its easy to leave ajar. Sitting area another door doesnt shut properly.So light n noise enters all rooms. Bring pain killers for bad backs, a mug if you drink more than a toy cup. A run down place but has a 4* price. Avoid if you can.

Very spacious room and very clean. Fantastic customer service but was not aware that we had pay $100 deposit upon checkin so just a heads up. But overall really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this place for short stays.

We arrived out of hours and were expecting trouble however it was a simple phone call and we got our key. We got a great deal on our accommodation, which had more than enough for our needs. The facilities (pool etc) were great and everything in our room worked perfectly. the air con was cold and quiet, the TV was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I noticed was the walls (toilet) and curtains (main entrance) are a little dirty (probably due to being a specific room for lots of children?) however this is just fussy. I will most definitely stay at Discovery Park again without any hesitation. From check in to check out it was easy, quiet and stress free exactly what I needed

I stayed here for one night (corporate booking), due to nearby work. I was filled with dread when I saw I was booked at a hotel. When I booked in, I found the rooms to be quite modern, very clean and fresh looking. I was extremely impressed. I will definitely stay here again if I work in this area again. The room was very quiet. Super impressed!

We arrived to find the reception closed and was directed to bottle shop, the guy finally came and told us to go to the hotel bar, we entered and he pointed to see the other guy at the bar who was very pleasant, got our key and entered the room to find no iron but an ironing board. So went to get a bottle of wine to take for dinner at bottleshop and had the same mid 50s/60, guy, we had when we first arrived. After paying for my bottle I asked if they would have an iron as there is a ironing board but no iron in the room , he replied we want have one they get pinched, so I replied 'so you can't provide one for me? He replied i said ' I'll have a look 🙄' asked my room number and I went back to my room in absolute disgusted to be spoken to so rudely. He then dropped one of with no apology or a word... We had been on holidays for 8 days and going out for dinner and wanted to iron some clothes ... understand they get stolen but didn't need to be spoken to like this🙄🤔😡

Love the Quest apartments,my partner and children had a great day off at the quest apartments. The front desk staff was really helpful. We will plan another family day off end of the year and recommend to our friends.

I stayed at st albans hotel last week.Staff are very friendly.Rooms are net and tidy. Close to airport and train station. Food was excellent manager on duty offered discount for us. Break fast packs were so handy on the go. Looking forward ro stay at St Albans hotel soon.

After a long day of flight delays we arrived at the Plough Hotel to a happy and warm welcome. The customer service, food, atmosphere and cleanliness of the room was exceptional. We will definitely return!
