Amazing location next to the river. You can easily run a 5km circuit thru lovely gardens along the river. Breakfast spread is just super great again the view- just gorgeous 🥰

I have put book 2 connecting rooms. One is King size bed the other twin beds. Both rooms are very comfortable. The twin beds are two queen size beds which can accommodate 4 people. Good view of a Yarra river and the old station across the river. Location very convenient as it connected to many different restaurants. I would also recommend using its very nice gym and warm and big swimming pool. Kingpin in the hotel mall (ask the hotel staff) is also recommended for travellers with children and teenagers. Lots of fun as their video games are great, with Laser tag and bowling.

The furniture and kitchen equipment are very complete, which is very suitable for small families to buy ingredients and cook back!
The room was very clean, in addition to the sound of the heater is a bit loud, next time you have the opportunity to book the same hotel again

The hotel was what I expected, neat, clean, and overall pretty good. The staff we're great, most are Thai people, (probably the friendliest in the world 🌎) and nothing was a problem....
I did find the location...not ideal for what I had planned that night, (Pearl Jam at Marvel Stadium) but still, it was close enough so as not to be an issue.

Although the location is not in the city, it is very close to the city. Not far from the Royal Botanic Gardens, the hotel is clean and the service is very good.

Ccally5803The West Quay Hotel is in a very good location, on the south bank of the Yarra River, in a quiet area. Across the bridge is the free tram area of Flinders Railway Station and Coles supermarket.
The hotel suite is very suitable for a family to live together, equipped with a living room, dining room, kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, and comes with its own laundry detergent.

Mmeiwo.My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stayed in Oakwood Premier Hotel. The receptionist guy on Friday Morning, 10th Jan, was super nice, friendly and kind. He changed our room facing the city view. We went straight to the hotel after we arrive in Melbourne to put our luggage in their luggage storage because the check in start at 3pm. However, our room were already ready, so we managed to get some sleep and rest. The bed is so comfortable and we got a amazing view! So I really enjoyed our stay there for the whole time! What a great first travel experience in Melbourne! Surely, we will be back!

RR.T.Staff were all very helpful and it was a smooth and easy process for check in and especially express checkout. Appreciate the free luggage storage. Complimentary Breakfast was simple but delicious. Hotel is very close to the city and easy to walk to Flinders. Hotel room was very quiet and blackout roller blinds work really great for the sunny Melbourne. Very clean and has basic necessities.

TThienI'm quiet disappointed at my last stay here as robes and slippers are no longer provided. You have to call housekeeping to bring it to you. As a crown hotel I feel like this place has downgraded.

AAnonymous UserThe room is clean and has complete facilities. The staff was very friendly, but it was difficult to find a parking space. The bad part of the experience was that for some reason the room upstairs made noise at 6 o'clock, and the electric drill was used continuously after 8 o'clock, which greatly affected my sleep in the morning. When we booked the room, we clearly chose to arrange a quiet room as much as possible, but we were still placed below the room where construction was taking place.

SSHINWEIThis order was following the previous booking from Oct 9 to 14 (this one starts from 14 to 16). Unfortunately we didn't received any daily service of the room makeup on Oct 14. Normally the room needs to be cleaned up before the next order; with our consecutive booking, we saved them the effort of the overall cleaning. Despite that, our room was not cleaned at all surprisingly. It ****** to have no choice to use dirty towels from the previous day after a long day.

JJanetfayeI booked a high-rise room, which is really high, with a great view, and you can also see the sea! The hotel is very new, the elevator is very advanced, super fast but without centrifugal force or tinnitus! The room is clean, well soundproofed, and has a washing machine and dryer, which is convenient for us on long trips. The location is also good, on the south bank, next to the Mother River, 10-15 minutes' walk from the free tram area, and it's really nice to walk by the river at night. The only dissatisfaction is that the swimming pool is not open to tourists, and the children are a little disappointed. . . Also, the place to pick up the key is not at the front desk downstairs. You have to walk to a small corner across the road, which is a bit difficult to find. I didn't write it clearly when booking. . .
