Located within the city centre. A few minutes to the Christmas Market so we managed to get back there twice. Also, it’s very near to Bullring, New Street Station, Metro and Grand Central. There are also loads of restaurants around.
Clean room, no odd smell anywhere, spacious and well- lit. Air-con and TV worked well. Has a fridge and microwave. The kitchen is well-equipped including kitchen towel and dish soap. The bed is very comfortable, the sheets and pillows were clean and smelled fresh. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were helpful. It was a lovely stay. 👍💗

Overall a very good stay, very good location, 5 mins walk from the train station. Staff are very friendly. Room was great, carpet was a bit dirty and the room made some loud thumping noises at random part of the night. Great otherwise

The Staybridge Suites are a little jewel in Birmingham. From check-in to check-out, staff were really friendly and professional.
The choice at the buffet breakfast was substantial and options for all tastes.
Really comfy mattress and spotless bed linen.
There was a problem with the fan in my room on the first night, and when I reported it to reception the next day, to resolve the issue, I was offered a different room for my second night. Instead, I just kept the card out of the light switch when I was ready to go to sleep. As I only had one more night I did not take up the offer of the change of room but I really appreciated that they would have done this for me which shows that they really want to make customers happy.
Having a fridge and kitchen items was really good.
The only downside was that the shower did not drain away quickly, so if you keep an eye on this when you are in the shower, you could end up with water all over the bathroom floor.
Otherwise, I would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel right in the city centre. We arrived early but enjoyed complimentary coffees and relaxed in the lounge while waiting for the room.
The room was a good size and very well set up. The bed was dry comfy and the shower was powerful and plenty of hot water. Breakfast the following morning was delicious. Would definitely stay again 😊
The only let-down was the weather- we had torrential rain in the evening ☔️ Nothing the hotel could do about that!

The apartment was amazing so big spacious clean has absolutely everything you need such a great location right in the centre of everything but still so chill and calm and peaceful and the staff are so friendly and helpful and the breakfast omg 10/10 best hotel breakfast ive had in a ling time such a wide selection something for the whole family

Great location and nice clean room.
The bed was a little on the bouncy side and pillows no where near what I sleep on but it is what it is for 1 nights stay.
Breakfast was good.
Scrambled eggs, beans , hash browns, toast, croissants

The room was spacious with well-equipped kitchen utensils. We appreciate the variety of the breakfast and the serving hours as we managed to enjoy the breakfast before joining the Birmingham half marathon. We are also thankful that the staff gave us a chocolate bar and water before the run which is very considerate.
