Great location, great customer service and walking distance to Kensington Gardens.

The experience was amazing. Neha is absolutely good at her job. She was extremely polite and catered very well. Rooms are clean and neat. The receptionist (Drizia) was helpful and welcoming. Everything was arranged appropriately. Overall, it was a good experience as a solo traveller

Very nice people, friendly, helpfull. Clean room, not very big but very nice. There was coffee and tea, cookies, fruit and water, shampoo and soap and bodylotion. The bed was a bit too soft for my back, but there were 2 pillows. Also airco, but a pity we could not look out of the window and we could not open it very far to get fresh air. The breakfast was very good. Everything you need. We would definitaly go back.

I had a good stay with my daughter. Very clean room, a bit noisy from outside traffic and also from other guests, but overall a good stay. I would come back. Close to shops, restaurants, the underground and the park for a nice walk. Nice staff. Room had coffe, tea, and waterbottles refilled every day. And apples. Thanks!

Large rooms, comfortable beds, great customer service and a lovely breakfast. I will stay here every time I come to London. Really handy for the tube or a stroll through Hyde Park. I mentioned it was my son’s birthday and they treated him like royalty. Would highly recommend.

Positive: Friendly staff, clean rooms, good location near multiple Underground stations and almost next to Kensington Park. Negative: beds were a bit short, small breakfast area meaning you may have to wait till other guests finish eating.

Best hotel I’ve been to London so far!!!! Clean, 20 minutes far from the city centre, The room was nice and warming, Staff is nice and kind!!!!As soon as you get in you can smell A beautiful fragrance!!!! Hope to come back as soon as possible!!!

The worst sleep we’ve ever had. Mattresses completely wore out and filthy. You literally couldn’t sleep on them. We’re not heavy people but you just sink into the middle and they’re full of broken springs. They should have been put in a skip years ago! Having looked through the reviews (something I should have done more carefully prior to booking) it seems I’m not the only one who feels this way - although those review are buried, I understand it’s a budget hotel but it should be able to provide its main function, a decent mattress for a decent nights sleep. We did ask front desk but the manager (who never appeared) said they were all the same. So be warned! Ppl on front desk were friendly tho. Housekeeping was good,the bathroom was big but if you can’t sleep in the bed then what’s the point?! Also if you don’t take the stairs in the tube then you won’t like this hotel. No lift and a lot of stairs which didn’t really bother us.
