Good location, close to the underground. Early building works woke us up however we had everything that was needed.

Everything else was good, but the gap under the door was a little too big. If you are sensitive to soundproofing, it would be best to avoid it. Other than that, everything was great. There was a kitchen and it was perfect.

The location of the hotel is very good, but there is a problem with the logo of the supplier and the hotel. It is not marked that the hotel has a ba*****t. It is recommended that you do not book the cheapest room type. Very average experience!

Good location, nice and clean. Kind and helpful people at the front deak. Comfy bed. The room could be bigger, but it was large enough for two nights.

A superb hotel in the heart of London! Great quality of service and I particularly loved the cleanliness of the room and how all tea/coffee and toileteries were replenished. Thank you to the staff at the reception and the GM for a perfect stay.

Property was supposed to be 4 stars. It wasn't. That said it was OK. Staff was fine, room was clean but it was pretty basic. A room with 2 beds and a bath. It was located in an area that was lots and lots of row houses many of which were also hotels. There were none of the extras that I associate with 4 stars. However, it had good blackout curtains and air conditioning and it was clean. A little far if you are toting luggage so definitely need a cab (About $25-$30 USD) and the tube is walkable but not something I'd suggest with luggage.
