Great location in a very lovely city. Housekeeping were very friendly and helpful, room was cleaned daily also towels and sheets were changed daily; Breakfast was delicious with a great choice. Never crowded.

Good location, near several subways and main shopping streets. Lots of small restaurants nearby.. recommend De Paolo.. italian.

Happy with our stay. Hotel was kind to keep our luggage while we were on a 2 day trip to scotland. We spent another 2 nights here again. Satisfied with their service.

Great choice of location for anyone looking to be close to Oxford/regent street. It’s also close to Tesco which I needed. Rooms are spacious and service was fantastic!

Convenient place to stay and I've stayed here several times but this time the room was cold and the air conditioning unit only did cold air not warm. Could not relax at all and asking to be moved once you've unpacked is sooo much hassle.
The towels were worn and tired.
I had this the last time I was there as well as this time - breakfast is a buffet but you can't help yourself to hot food it is served but on this occasion and the last the person serving ( different person on each visit) was so miserable and they make you feel uncomfortable asking for more.
This should be self service like at other hotels.
