Pathetic service, poor customer service neither the WiFi or TV was working.please safe your money not worth even for one star. Really disappointed ๐

Worst accommodation of my life. The price is not cheap and almost a scam level. The room size is similar to a prison cell, and the windows are very narrow. In the morning, pigeons are herpes on the window sill. Beds are dirty and very narrow. The bathroom is also very small and smells like sewage. The disgusting smell from the bathroom spread all over the room and it didn't go away no matter how much ventilation was done. It seems to be run by an Indian family, but it is not friendly at all and I feel ridiculed.

Basically the same as all the other reviews but please DO NOT STAY HERE - we checked in on Friday and within 2 hours checked out again. It's basically a building site. After getting to our room - passing the rubbish in the street, the broken doors, wires hanging everywhere and building tools - we discovered the room is tiny, unclean and stained sheets. Then a man started plastering outside our room with dust and dirt coming in from under the door, we had to shout out to him when we wanted to leave so he could move his ladder and tools and let us out. Just avoid.

We all know the ridiculous hotel prices in London. To find a place to stay at around 80 Euros a nights seems incredible. For that price you cannot expect anything but a simple clean room and that was the case. The bathroom was tiny, but clean and new. Internet connection was very good. Dirt by construction works in the building did not bother me. Indian staff was very friendly and flexible and helpful! Room was tiny, but that is London. Location is great, 10min walk to Victoria station.

Do not book this place as it doesnโt look anything like the pictures. The floors were dirty ceiling looked a bit musty, it was freezing inside the room, the walls looked dirty, the bed was not plain, and the doors either from the room or outside were falling apart, did not look like a safe place to stay... Unfortunately, when I booked I havenโt read the comments as I was in a rush booking and decided to get judging by the pictures. We tried to get a reimbursement for at least 2 nights and It was denied, so we lost everything spent and had to get another hotel. This place is not a hotel evenย if theyย sayย so.

Small room, no wardrobe, springy mattress, no bedside tables, tiny and dirty shower, dripping toilet. The whole place looked like a building site. The floors were very uneven with missing floorboards , which is a hazard for anyone.

It really is as bad as everyone says - there is little point in me repeating the points already made but they are valid. Ignore the pictures on the site my room was a max of 7 ft x 7ft plus a tiny toilet / shower room. Work going on building materials in corridor, very poor decor, water pressure / temperature on/off etc etc

Well where do I start!? We booked this hotel knowing it didn't have the best reputation but "hey, it surely can't be that bad!" I thought? We were given room 1 which we had to manoeuvre over building tools and structural debris to get to. The room itself was a box room, the TV didn't work, there were no curtains so I was awoken at 4am to bright sunshine burning my sleep filled eyes, the windon doesn't shut properly so the dulcet tones of drunken passers by was a constant grievance. To top it all off we left out luggage "securely" at reception, which I mistakenly left my wallet in....and low and behold my card is cloned the same day. Please avoid this hotel like the plague...unless you're bear grylls in full survival mode....this place is the absolute pits!!

Room 7 has a mouse. I don't think I need to say more. Every bad review on here is absolutely 100% correct. Stinks of mould. Nothing works. I was obviously aware this wasn't The Ritz when I booked it but I expected it to be livable. Should not be open. On the plus side, receptionist was nice and bedding and towel faultless. Beautifully white.
