Ottima per godersi la quiete e la pace di questa zona in una elegante struttura. Piscina e campi da gioco, zona verde ampia e confortevole per godersi il tempo all'aperto. Esperienza molto gradevole, consiglio vivamente

Il luogo ideale per chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno nel verde ma con tutti i comfort. La struttura si trova a pochi chilometri da Città di Castello e dall'uscita della superstrada E45 in una posizione davvero strategica per visitare tutta l'Umbria e anche la Toscana. Villa davvero bella circondata da un grande parco che ospita anche una grande piscina con idromassaggio. Con rande parcheggio e ristorante. Davvero suggestiva la piccola chiesa (ancora consacrata) con le spoglie di San Donino. Colazione davvero ricca con tante proposte. Proprietari davvero gentili e disponibili. Struttura un po' datata ma tenuta bene con camere pulite e bagni nuovi. Davvero consigliato!

Con la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato in questa meravigliosa struttura consigliata da amici. La villa è veramente incantevole e ben curata immersa in un parco stupendo da osservare e godere sia di giorno che di sera inoltrata. La camera è spaziosa, accogliente con tutto il necessario adeguato alla classificazione della struttura: il consiglio è di migliorarne la pulizia sebbene più che accettabile. L’ambiente è raffinato e tranquillo, compresa la piscina. Il personale è molto attento al cliente, cordiale e sempre disponibile. Nota di merito con lode a Salvatore e Angelica, i gestori, e anche a Caterina e al cameriere (non ricordo il nome!!) che mi hanno preparato con molta maestria lo Spritz!!!! Ultimo ma non in ordine di importanza, la colazione e il ristorante: lode con bacio accademico! Prodotti di alta qualità preparati con un perfetto equilibrio di sapori. Conclusione: ci ritornerei senza dubbio e lo consiglio come hanno fatto con noi. Grazie e buona vita!!

La zona è molto bella, in una alta collina vicino a Città di Castello. Non ci sono molte indicazioni e, appena arrivato, non ho trovato con facilità la reception. La struttura è composta da diversi fabbricati, un tempo forse residenze estive di gente nobile. La mia camera era in un edificio accanto alla piscina, ed era arredata in modo decisamente datato. Pulita, un po’ polverosa. Bagno pulito e con dotazioni minime. La colazione, solo dalle 8 di mattina, è stata di discreta qualità. Conto abbastanza economico e personale gentile.

Ottimo pranzo e personale sorridente e disponibilie. La location è intrisa di storia (residenza estiva di papa Leone XII), davvero affascinante. In primavera, la natura un vero spettacolo e la quiete... profondissima, per dirla con Leopardi! Ci tornerò.
