Only in for one day, but hotel was very nice room very clean. Front desk staff was stellar.

The front desk service was extremely poor and suspected of being ******. They were all smiles and friendly when speaking to white and black people, but their faces fell when they saw Asians. The first room had bloodstains on the pillow, the toilet was not cleaned properly and was disgusting, the exhaust fan was extremely noisy, and the light kept flickering. When I told the front desk I wanted to change rooms, they stared wide-eyed at me with disbelief. After the new room was given, there were still some minor issues, but I was too lazy to bother mentioning them again.

I booked the hotel because of its name Marriott. Upon entering, the customer service was poor, and the rooms had ants. I reported this to the staff, and they said, "Yes, we know the whole building has ants." There is no customer service. We asked for tiles and linens, and we had to wait until the next day for linens and come get our tiles ourselves. There is no friendly staff service, which was very disappointing.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and respectful. Plus there’s a microwave in the room.

We didn’t like the shower room door and that there was not a lock on them. The bed sheet kept pulling off the corners

Nice, helpful staff with good accomodations and breakfast. Bed mattress was a bit tired and lumpy and could use a replacement.

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. Many options and the facility was a very clean definitely would visit again.
