502 here, Short stop in cilegon, decided to spent 2 night with bel express here my honest review: Location 5/5. close to indomaret,bank, street food stall and mall. Explore Lobby 4.5/5. theres alot instaspot in lobby Staffs 5/5. they always greet you and friendly Breakfast 4.5/5. good and tasty Room 5/5. love the express super room, quite big, cleanliness was good and spotless linen Service 2/5. Kinda dissapoint with the policy cleaning time, if you ask them to clean your room at 11 am, you must wait until 3 pm! Its okay since im gonna out but when im back in afternoon my room still dirty and must waiting almost 1 hour to housekeeping to come and they finish cleaning at 16.30.

This hotel is located at the heart of Cilegon's main street, where you can find a number of shops, food kiosks, and restaurants. My stay was okay considering that I will continue travel after rising from the bed. Room was clean, breakfast is on par with Hotel's classification. The only potential shortcoming shall be car parking space. I can't imagine where the Hotel will accommodate cars when they're fully booked.

Located inside a ruko complex, the first impression might be deceiving. The hotel ambience is nice, decorated with coconut based interior, which is owned by the hotel's owner from Cirebon, so they said. Got juice for welcome drink. The room is relatively clean. I'm not sure how many rooms the hotel got, but we didn't get the connecting rooms we requested since they said it sold out already. Took a bit time for the air conditioning to cool. And the electricity socket on my room is a bit tricky, need the card to be properly positioned. The breakfast was standard. They don't serve potatoes (baked/fried). Their swimming pool is also a public one, so bring along your cash to rent the floaty (can't charge them to room). Upon check out they'll forget to charge my restaurant bill (30Ks), and my key deposit (150Ks for 3 rooms). Luckily, I did.

The hotel is very cozy and nice. The staff is very friendly and polite ! But the swimming pool is too small. Got google nest!!

Because of the good scenery and good food, we can have enough rest during our business trip. Highly recommended hotel for those who come on business trips
