Upon check in was given the wrong room- had 3 adults and 2 kids so booked a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, was told it was on the third floor. Given key to room on the second floor with only a king and a sofa bed. Spoke to front desk and they changed our room to a room that was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned.

Cicero was my old neighborhood before I moved out of state. The reason why I chose the Comfort Suite in Cicero is the location, how pet friendly it is and the large size of their rooms. This place used to be great but just like anything else, it needs to be updated when you have a lot of use out of it. The sofas and carpet really need to be change in all rooms. Fresh paint and curtains would be a plus too. The breakfast are not fancy but at least something warm before starting your day. All the beds are comfortable enough and cleaned. Fridge and Microwaves worked just fine. The Lobby is great, very friendly workers.

Easy access to interstate, large room, good breakfast variety and quantity, quiet area, great check in/out experience. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. Bathroom and room floors were not clean. Pool was closed for reno and not advertised on website. Not sure if I would go back.

Hotel is run down! The A/C did not work, rooms are not clean, pool water has too much chlorine, some staff were not really helpful. The tv doesn’t connect to wifi. Wifi in general extremely slow

Our keycard quit working on the morning of our departure…???? Sink in the bathroom was S L O W draining. Otherwise nice stay. Many choices for continental breakfast.

Our kiddos did not take advantage of the pool but it looked nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice

The pool was closed and the pull out couch was horribly dirty. No blankets when asked for them.

Our stay was fine. On Friday night one bed in the room had a bed skirt that flowed out onto the floor around it. It looked like it was meant for a king sized bed, not a queen sized. It made the room look uncared for. I left a note drawing attention to it and hope it was corrected before someone else used the room.

Room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in several days. Found trash behind curtains and under beds. Several of the accessibility functions were broken.
