all the staff are very friendly, lobby, corridor, rooms, bathrooms and restaurants are clean. unfortunately the breakfast is less varied, no cereal, a lot of heavy food. the parking lot hopes to be better repaired

When you first arrive, the hotel looks like B, but after entering the room, the room is very cute, clean, this is the most important thing. All the staff are also very friendly. There's nothing wrong with that, hehe The food at the cafe is delicious, but for the bf, there are many variants but the taste is still lacking. And for the swimming pool, the water is a bit cloudy. Fyi..has changed to swiss bell hotel now..rooms are nice,clean..info cs rooms are upgraded but I also don't understand what's the difference..same 2 rooms like in the photo of the room I ordered....anyway thanks for free upgrade.. full varied breakfast.. will come back again.. genuine comfort.. the kids are also happy..

The room's clean and comfortable. Located in the center of Bogor and close to Kebun Raya Bogor

At 2 check-in, you still have to wait 15 minutes, the room should be ready when check-in time. Good and friendly service. Breakfast serves a lot of variety, but minus points are for dessert because the taste doesn't match the tongue and the texture of the cake/sponge is a bit hard. The rooms are quite clean.

I had a very pleasant stay here. Staff were very friendly when checking in even though the room wasn't ready since I arrived at the hotel very early before 12 PM noon and it was a high season. The beautiful architecture of the hotel make me feel enjoy to stay at this hotel. The swimming pool is awesome and has a very unique concept. The room is huge and quite clean, and bathroom is big as well. This hotel is not only has a amazing service and architecture, but also served delicious meals like other neo hotel served. Unfortunately, the WiFi speed was very low and the bath towel needs to be renewed, and the water heater wasn't too hot sometime. Overall, this hotel is very good and highly recommend to stay!

I stayed with my family, the first impression of the hotel was neat, clean and the staff was friendly, the location is good and close to everywhere in Bogor City, with facilities such as a restaurant, swimming pool and minimarket. It's fun.. the place is clean.. the air is fresh.. there are lots of playgrounds for children and it's free.. the swimming pool is also friendly for children.. also the pool water is warm when the air is cold.. really really highlyrecommend 👍.. the breakfast tastes good all.. Where you can find affordable rooms with complete amenities, and have a lot of good stalls around. Located in a quite area yet not so far from the center of the city. Everything is perfect. If u want a room here, book it asap bcs often the rooms here are always sold out especially on weekend.
