The hotel price is enough high and our expectation was also higher, but the reality is different. rooms are ok, they gave us a corner room and the view wasn't so good, I booked a bit more expensive for the lake view, but got disappointed with it after my check in and they said there wasn't other choice, all were taken already. The worse thing is their swimming pool, the main one for adults were all the time very cold, the water was frozen, we asked the reason and no response. we couldn't enjoy the swimming pool during our 5 days stay. the another one for kids was too dirty, haven't cleaned it for a while obviously, already smelly like a muddy puddle. even kids were asking why the water was that dirty. The resort includes 5 huge buildings and all were full. super crowded and all the people do use the only one swimming pool and the only one breakfast area. the breakfast was OK many choices of food, but it's impossible to enjoy your meal cause the area isn't fresh or clean. the floor was sticky. I would say they need improve or they now how to make things better but they don't care. especially for summer the swimming pool is so important for every guest but they seems wanna save money and not pay attention on it. feel disgusting and unhealthy after all I saw there.

Lovely scenic location, peaceful and remote. Upgrades upon check-in, I was told the reason was because there were not many guests. This was a welcome surprise. The room was lovely, a suite with well-thought out break-out areas and amazing views. Breakfast was vast and good quality with food choice for both Chinese and western. Out of the restaurants, only the Chinese one was open. The food and choice was below average. Despite being told that food from the Japanese or Western restaurants could be ordered before arriving at the hotel, it seemed it was not possible. There was a 30-min quick menu to order from, but the quality and choice was very poor. Executive lounge access on the first day was of the poorest experience I have ever had. After speaking to the manager they promised me a better second day experience. It did improve to what I would expect at any 5 star executive lounge. Nothing special. Overall: Room and location were lovely. It was clear that if busy, then service and access to the full amenities would improve. It is a shame that the 5 star quality cannot be kept, even if only a few guests are staying.

We made our vacation with our 2 little girls. All things such as pools, playgrounds, meats are useful and effective for children. Especially the playground is free for the guests, very cute and enjoyable. The locations and foods was pretty good. But the outdoor swimming pool is closed at noon, it is strange for foreigners 😃 the indoor swimming pool is deeper but not so deeper than 1.5 mt, so pools are not enough for adults. Every evenings and nights, there is live music in the lobby. There are few workers who can speak English but they should be more.

Thank you best friend for recommending such a perfect hotel! The hotel is located at the center lake tourist pier. There is an independent large underground parking lot. It can be reached within a quarter of an hour on foot by boat, saving 60 yuan of parking fees. Hahaha~ There is also an outdoor swimming pool in the hotel garden. Satisfied the little fun of the baby girl playing in the water, playing very happily. The young lady at the front desk had a very good service attitude and helped us introduce a lot of attractions to visit. The breakfast is very rich, and the ingredients are very fresh and high-quality. The room is very spacious and has a large balcony with floor-to-ceiling bay windows. In the evening, you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful Qiandao Lake while drinking tea. The surrounding tourist facilities are relatively complete. Opposite the hotel is the most famous lake view food stall in Qiandao Lake. There are many choices for eating fish heads. You can enjoy the beautiful lake view and drink the organic fish soup of Qiandao Lake. There are supermarkets, cinemas, KTVs, foot bath clubs and other leisure facilities. There are eating, playing and beautiful scenery. It is a very pleasant trip. I will recommend friends to live.

1. Wrong room allocation, no balcony, it took us more than half hour to clarify 2. Refridgerator did not work, they tried to repair but it still did not work, brought a new fridge in the next morning, we put our drinks in and went out, in the evening our drinks had been hot, the fridge was heating instead of cooling, they again changed the fridge. 3. They made the bed every day and ecchanged the towels, but did clean the glasses, coffee cups and the table. 4. A lot of Chinese TV channels, one russian, arabic, french and spanish each, but no english TV channel.

Voco in 100 island lake is surrounded by impressive scenery. The rooms are very modern and cosy. I was lucky to have been upgraded to a corner room which had a huge bathtub in a fairly large bathroom overlooking the lake.I enjoyed it. And,most importantly, I was lucky to be looked after by the hotel manager on duty,Leona,who provided a quick room upgrade,arranged a complimentary dinner and coffee for me, escorted me to the shuttle bus and spoke fluent English. I will come back! 👌

I discovered a treasure hotel in Qiandao Lake, right next to Qiandao Lake Square and Yintai City. Convenient parking and super cost-effective. You can enjoy the beauty of Qiandao Lake from your room. The room is neat and clean, and the lady at the front desk is very welcoming. The hotel is right downstairs, which is very convenient, especially on the 17th floor you can enjoy the beautiful view of the entire Qiandao Lake. I chose Minghao International Resort Hotel for this trip to Qiandao Lake with my children. It was a particularly wonderful experience! The hotel facilities are very new, the decoration is luxurious and high-end, and it is low-key and luxurious. Special thanks to housekeeper Xiao Ou for his caring and warm service throughout the entire process! The communication was very timely and the feedback was very fast. They thoughtfully arranged for us a high-floor deluxe lake-view twin room in advance. The view is great and the view is wide and beautiful. From the hotel balcony, you can see the unobstructed view of Qiandao Lake. It is refreshing and refreshing. The bathtub is very large, and Bvlgari's washing and care products are particularly high-quality. The butler Xiao Ou also thoughtfully provided breakfast and a minibar for the children. The breakfast was delicious and the minibar was also very rich! In the evening, you can enjoy the exquisite water screen movie show in the hotel, which will amaze the children. Traveling in the off-season is a great value for money. The hotel rooms are well maintained and spacious enough. Although it's a bit out of the way, it's no problem to travel by car. It only takes 15 or 20 minutes to get to the central area. The housekeeper Sun was very enthusiastic. He cared about us until we arrived on the way, and even helped us carry our luggage. He was so considerate and made us feel good during our trip to Qiandao Lake.
