While waiting for check-in, we went to the "birdie bean" lobby cafe, our host, Mr Jack Wan young and aggressive was very welcoming, providing sincere and attentive service. Voco is an amazing place to be! Outside the beautiful and clean environment. The professionalism is top-notch, and the reception is top-tier tier and the photographic department is the best ever! They take their time to explain to foreigners and are really understanding.

We had a wonderful stay at VOCO. The hotel took amazing care of us and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet has a good western and chinese spread and the staff were able to help us in English. The views are amazing!! 10/10 experience, I would highly recommend.

The location was just perfect, serene, and had very beautiful surroundings. The service was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone. The only problem I had with the room was having to flush the toilet several times. I didn't enjoy my last night because some neighbouring guests fought all night. I understand that was not the hotel's fault but nothing seemed to have been done.

I stayed with 2 friends over the public holiday. Leon Dong, the manager of VOCO, has given us a lot of help and was super nice and friendly! Thanks to him, our stay was hassle-free and truly unforgettable! I can definitely recommend this hotel for the great facilities, fantastic value for money and superb service. All 3 of us loved it!

Location is quite near the town center, but the problem is that when we went there, the pool was closed with no early notice to us. Overall, the property is also quite small compared to other hotels in the area

We had such a wonderful time at Voco! The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The views of the lake are gorgeous- especially from the breakfast restaurant and the gym. You can watch the sun set right over the water. The hotel staff members were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of options. I do think the restaurant prices for lunch/dinner are a bit high, but the hotel is just a walk away from other restaurants. It’s located on Yangguang Road, right along a running/walking path next to the lake. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Qiandaohu!
