The room that given lot's of ants. Then upgraded to queen room with thanks. They don't provide toilet paper. Asl me to use the table tissues instead. Wifi is no working. Other is fine.

Room size was good, and the bed and sheets were clean. There's coffee available, so you can make hot drinks. A prayer mat is provided, and the air conditioning is cold. The card access for the door was broken, so I had to call staff to open my room every time I left and came back. The location is strategic, close to groceries and a petrol station.

Worst experience over 20 years of staying in hotels around whole West Malaysia for outstation jobs.Have to do upgrading in every aspects to win over your guest's please

The hotel was located very close to my event place and was very convenient and easy access. The staff was very helpful.

The staff, young lady really nice and helpful..the room is better than i expected including the bathroom! Parking is easy as well..I believe i have my to-go hotel when im in here in future..

Too noisy. Hot water on and off. Door key cannot be used. Overall rooms are mostly broken. Rooms were not ready by 6pm when we checked in.

This hotel is very clean and also complete. I will definitely stay here if I'm going to kemaman in the future. Well done management for keeping the hotel clean and comfortable.

Facilities mostly not working

Come Kemaman for outstation business trip with my colleagues, just need a clean place to rest.. overall was a pleasant stay here .. will be back again
