Good location and friendly staff, able to check-in immediately after reached.

Location is good closed to airport and city centre, parking available which was good, host is amazing she allowed us early check in and early check out was smooth as well. Will definitely recommend and will always stay here for future

The room was clean, and the on-site parking was very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making for a truly wonderful stay!

The host was incredibly welcoming, and the room was very comfortable. I forgot to take photos, but it looked exactly like the official pictures. I arrived well past midnight, and it was very convenient that the key was left in a mailbox at the front desk. The only minor inconvenience was carrying my luggage up to the second floor.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It's centrally located with convenient parking. The owner, an elderly Kiwi gentleman, was incredibly kind and welcoming. The only minor drawback was the lack of an electric blanket.

Easy contactless late check in for us. Clear instructions. Free onsite parking just Infront of our unit. 3mins drive to major supermarkets and Chemist Warehouse. Clean unit and full cooking amenities.

Excellent service

The room was very clean and well-ventilated. The bathroom was tidy, and the water temperature and pressure were just right for showering. There was a microwave, kettle, and a small kitchen with all necessary tableware, dishes, pots, and washing utensils. The room was spacious, with a self-service washer and dryer (each costing 2 x $2 coins per use). Parking was free, right outside the room. There was a supermarket nearby, a 10-minute walk away, and restaurants as well. It was quite quiet at night, with no noise. The only minor drawback was the lack of power outlets by the bed; I had to charge my devices at the desk. I would definitely stay here again if I were driving. The owner was very welcoming and polite! It's only a 10-minute drive to the city center, so I highly recommend staying here!
