The location was very convinient for us as it is right in the middle of the shopping area. While the room was small there was space beneath the bed to store all your luggage. However, parking spaces are limited so we ended up paying for public parking elsewhere.

Perfect location just right at the shopping district. Many restos, coffee shops and groceries around. It is also close to the Interchange Bus Station where you can get a ride to/from the airport. As for the room, the bed is big. Space is enough for one person. For two people, it could be too cramped. It would be hard for both of you to open your suitcase at the same time. Hair dryer and a kettle with coffee and tea bags provided. Plenty of towels are provided. Lastly, there is an iron and board for your clothes.

The location is fantastic, right in the city center. It's just a few hundred meters to the Cardboard Cathedral and Riverside Market, and the hotel is in a shopping district so you can go shopping as soon as you step out. However, the room is tiny, especially the bathroom – if you're a bit on the larger side, you might struggle to even get in. Plus, there's no closet, and a large suitcase won't fit anywhere. On the bright side, the room cleaning service is very good; someone tidies up every day, and the towels are always replaced with fresh ones.

I stayed here alone. At first, I considered a dormitory, but I think a private room is better if you're a woman traveling solo. This place offers great value for money. It's definitely small, but having a fridge, hairdryer, and a private shower and toilet in the room was incredibly convenient. The only downside was a small gap between the door and the hallway, which let in quite a bit of noise. There was no microwave. The showerhead was fixed, and the water pressure wasn't super strong, but the hot water flowed consistently. The provided shampoo made my hair quite squeaky, so if that's a concern, you should bring your own. The hotel staff were also very pleasant. There was a gym available, so I could get a workout in. It's a hotel I'd definitely want to stay at again!

No doubt the hotel is located in a prime location-centre of CBD and near the InterCity bus station, but the facility of the hotel was very limited. The room I stayed doesn’t even have a window and it was extremely small. I was a solo traveler and even that I didn’t find room to place my luggage. If you are looking for a place near InterCity bus station and willing to sacrifice comfort of your stay, the hotel serves this purpose. I don’t recommend this hotel for a long stay, but one night for transit to other cities. By the way, the little Vietnam restaurant near the hotel was the only place opened at night. Far price and taste good.

The location is the best thing about this place; it's close to the bus stop, making travel easy. There are also shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, which are very convenient to get to. The reception staff are approachable and treat guests politely.
