Good location for especially tram ride! And lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

The location is close to the CBD, the staff are friendly, the facilities are relatively old but well maintained, there is no washing machine in the studio flat, but you can use it at the reception counter, and the view looks towards the tram station

Apartment type. I was not in the main building with the front desk in the East Tower. Move to the opposite side of the drum track from the front. You can cook your own meals in the room and do laundry. I had salt and pepper on the shelf and only two bags of detergent, so I bought some meat at the supermarket and grilled it, and I put my accumulated underwear in the drum-type washing machine, which also had a drying function, so I washed it. The room is very spacious and comfortable. It was nice because it was clean, but the only thing that bothered me a little was the sound of water in the bathroom, but as long as I closed the door, it wasn't a problem. There is also a balcony.

The room is big, well-equipped and in a great location. The price/performance ratio is very good.

Not bad, it's at Christchurch Dangdang Station, which is very convenient. The rooms are okay, at least much better than ibis in Auckland.

The hotel is located next to the tram station and shares a common passage with the tram station. The experience is amazing. The room is large and has an all-in-one washer and dryer for easy laundry. You need to swipe your room card to get on the elevator. It feels safe. The garage is not large and does not require swiping your room card to enter. Parking costs 20 dollars a day. Very close to the city center and within walking distance

Simple style, with all the basics, right in the heart of the city. There is also a parking place next to it, but it requires a fee. In fact, it may be better to find a place to park outside at night, as the city center is relatively deserted.

Good location, very convenient. It is convenient to go to large children's playgrounds, libraries, shopping, eating, and sightseeing rail cars. The bed was comfortable. Room was clean. There is a stove for simple meals. However, it is convenient to eat around, and there is no self-cooking.

Stayed here two different nights a week apart in two different rooms. Clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Liked having the fridge to keep the wine cold. Several restaurants down below so you don’t have to go far to settle down for the night.

We stayed at this hotel on 2 occasions during this trip. The first stay was in the main block and the second was across the underground car park to a separate block. We had a two bed two bath apartment which was spacious and had a large open plan lounge, dining/kitchen area. I felt the apartments were a little gloomy but still satisfactory. They didn’t have the wow factor but the apartment was functional and met our needs. On the second occasion We arrived after 8pm and you have to gain entry by speaking to a person remotely using the intercom. We then had to go across a creepy car park to access the other block. I think if the hotel was staffed, I wouldn’t have been concerned but it didn’t feel safe to me. Hopefully they have cctv down there. There isn’t a restaurant or bar onsite but there was a convenience shop which I think was open to 11pm. There are restaurants and bars nearby but they close a little early for me but this seems to be the trend in the places I stayed in on this long trip.

Terrible experience - strongly recommend to not stay here. 1. Cleanliness is not a forte - the elevators and walkways stink 2. Not family friendly at all - be wary of being charged excessively at check-out ONCE you have already left for 'claimed damages' they incur. 3. Worst cleaning service I've observed. Daily cleaning service is half-done
