衞生方面還算乾淨，就是衞生間反味有點臭，
酒店有幾衹雞鴨鵝。其他沒啥玩的。菜品一般。
我們入住的套房，因為入住的時候衞生間的地面都是水，孩子上廁所的拖鞋濕了。我打電話再要一雙，回答我説酒店沒有多餘的一次性拖鞋，套房的衞生間枱面有提示牌可以送小童牙刷，回答也沒有小童牙刷，至於酒店好評怎麼來的？見圖

非常棒的住宿環境，房間乾淨整潔，前台苟妹妹服務也非常好，非常温柔，因為是過來旅遊，也給我們非常細緻的推薦了這裏的景點，唯一可惜的就是天公不作美，下了一整天的雨，但是服務態度和酒店環境是沒的説！非常推薦！

很滿意，早餐也不錯。離琉璃壩也就一小時車程，帶娃方便。每年適合來一次的雪景旅遊景點，院子也很大，停車方便。

第二次入住酒店了，體驗感依舊很好前台羊妹妹很熱情的幫我們拿東西，酒店環境很不錯，還有小朋友玩的鞦韆，忘記拍照了。
提一下建議，到餐廳吃飯的時候，服務員説話的很大，端着菜都在説話，希望改進一下。

1、枕頭太高了，是那種廉價枕頭，幾百塊錢的酒店就配這種枕頭，現在外邊一百多的連鎖酒店也要配備零壓枕，你們一晚3百的房間真的太讓人失望了。2、早餐差，沒得幾樣，饅頭包子油條是那種速凍的，衹有炒的兩個小菜新鮮一點,其他的都不新鮮
