Empark Properties in Chongqing

Whenever I visit Chongqing, I always stay at the Golden Resources Hotel. The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining with kids. This time, when I extended my stay, I met Luo, the front desk supervisor. She was incredibly thoughtful, kind, and generous. Seeing that I was checking in with a child, she proactively arranged for the housekeeping to prepare extra toiletries and slippers. Since the hotel was hosting a large conference with hundreds of attendees these past few days, breakfast could get quite crowded in the mornings. Luo kindly reminded us to avoid peak hours for breakfast the next day. She was so considerate! I truly appreciate her thoroughness. This is such a wonderful hotel, and I'll definitely recommend it to more friends in the future.

This hotel is fantastic! The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very polite. There are many activities in the lobby, and our butler, Xiao Tong, even gave a gift to the children. We'll definitely stay here again next time. Five stars, highly recommended!
