Hotels with Spa in Chongqing

The rooms is clean and new although the windows view is so so (this was not our aim for the stays). The over facilities are well maintained and the laundry + gym facilities are just good enough to serve the purpose. A good experience with this hotel.

Solid stay, booked two rooms. The bed was very very comfortable, great pool - even has an ice bath. Spa is new but pretty good. I will definitely at least come back for another night next time im in Chongqing. There were a lot of amenities.

Great service location is unreal! Very convenient! The price is very good for what you get! Might be a little noisy in the AM due to the ongoing construction but it’s really good for what you pay for!

Comfortable functional hotel in the shopping area of Chongqing

I m a first time traveller to Chongqing and I stayed four nights in Glenview Hotel The room is spacious and clean. The location of Glenview Hotel is excellent and it's just few minutes walk to the metro station and the must go places near Liberation Square. Super convenient.The service of the hotel is excellent and I am so impressed by the human touch approach. I received a warm handwritten notes from the hotel on Women Day! Plus,I accidentally slipped down in the bathroom and my hand is a bit swollen and blue. Even tough it is not serious, the staff of the hotel took good care of me.Highly recommended

It was a bit early to arrive at the hotel. Because I called in advance, the hotel front desk arranged a room thoughtfully. Although the room facilities were old, they were clean and sanitary. The quilt was a bit heavy. The simple meal in the executive lounge in the evening is very good. There may be more guests and the waiter seems a bit overwhelmed. The breakfast is rich in variety. It would be better if there is a waiter to take the table. Don't let the guests enter the restaurant and look around like headless flies. Location. In addition, all the waiters I encountered were enthusiastic and patient, meeting five-star standards. Thumbs up👍

The location was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful with check in and laundry services. The only issue is the cleaning staff should pay close attention when cleaning the rooms. There were fruit seeds on the floor from previous people who where there. Also the towels in the bathroom were changed but the bathtub wasn’t cleaned out. Other than that I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Just finished a five night stay at The Regent Chongqing, was one of the best hotel experiences ever. Arrived at the start of the national three day Duanwu Dragon Boat Festival and was warmly greeted with two tasty green bean cake pastries in a traditional wood basket as a welcome amenity in the room. Breakfast has an abundance of options, everything fresh and delicious. Ate at the third floor Chinese restaurant twice and the dishes there are truly outstanding, some of the best tasting dishes I’ve ever tasted in Sichuan province and also rated as the second best restaurant in Chongqing on this website. Compared to some of the top tier restaurants in cities like Beijing and Shanghai, also very reasonably priced and affordable. What’s really nice is the hotel offers complimentary laundry service for up to three pieces per day which I thought was a very thoughtful service. Mini bar in hotel room also completely free and restocked daily. Water pressure in room’s shower was also very strong which made showering very enjoyable. Hospitality is really on another level here. During the stay I experienced: - A small soft cloth wipe was left next to my laptop since the staff noticed my laptop screen was a bit dirty - Staff during breakfast would go out of there way to ask if I wanted or needed assistance in preparing a bowl of noodles, per my request they kindly prepared one for me with the most popular condiments used by locals - One of the chefs during breakfast made it known if there was anything at all I wanted him to specially prepare for me he would gladly do it - Same chef (Mr. Swong), when he found out I would be departing for a day trip the next morning from the hotel at a very early hour (earlier than when the hotel breakfast dining would be open) made it be known that he would make arrangements for the hotel to prepare a bag of anything I wanted from the breakfast buffet to take with me so I could eat it in the car. Sure enough, the next morning at the front desk reception there was a bag waiting for me containing various fresh fruit, a hard boiled egg, sticky rice, orange juice, banana, water, utensils. When I walked outside to the car that had arrived to pick me up, both the driver and tour guide remarked they had never seen a hotel ever do this for a guest and that this must be a really exceptional hotel. - A complimentary bowl of fresh fruit was delivered and left in my room - Upon check-out, received an immaculately wrapped gift box of Chongqing Small Noodles (dried, uncooked) which was accompanied by a specially prepared locally made peppercorn noodle sauce (wrapped in plastic), was actually the perfect gift since my Mom loves noodles and to see her face so happy and joyful upon receiving this gift brought me much happiness Everywhere in the hotel, from the hotel front desk staff, the bellboys and staff working outside the front door, the staff at the 7th floor bar, the staff at the breakfast dining, to the staff on the 3rd floor Chinese restaurant, was treated so warmly and courteously and staff so helpful and thoughtful too. Victoria was especially gracious and helpful as when I arrived, I didn’t know where to eat and after asking me a few questions with regards to my tastes and kind of ambiance I would like in a restaurant, she recommended a very popular local Chongqing Hot Pot restaurant just a few minutes away. This turned out to be great recommendation as the flavor of the hot pot was really great and the environment was more of a ‘hole in the wall’ place, very raucous and rowdy, just what I was looking for. She would also periodically check in to see if everything was going okay and if there was anything she could assist with. Will always be grateful to Victoria and the staff at Regent Chongqing for making my first trip to Chongqing so unforgettable and full of wonderful memories.

The whole stay experience is very satisfactory. The room is very clean and the facilities are complete. There is also a microwave and small refrigerator. It is very convenient if you want to heat up some food or put some fruits. There is also a self-service drink bar in the lobby on the first floor. , I sat here with my friends to rest and experience it. It was quite comfortable. The hotel also provides airport pick-up and drop-off services. The front desk employee Xiao Song was very attentive. Recommended to stay!
