Before checking in, I called the hotel to ask about their airport shuttle service, and they confirmed it's available 24/7. This shuttle service alone is a huge plus for me. After arriving at the airport, the driver contacted me and told me exactly where to meet him; the service was excellent. When I got to the hotel, the front desk attendant warmly greeted me and efficiently handled my check-in. This attention to detail and personal touch is why I love Meilun. The location is superb: it's convenient for catching flights from Jiangbei Airport, and it's only a few minutes' walk to Central Park if you want to take a stroll. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. My room was spotless, the bathroom had great water pressure with a separate wet/dry area, and the amenities felt high-quality. When I ordered takeout, a robot delivered it directly to my door, and there was even a mini-bar for hot water late at night. Upon checkout, they proactively asked if I needed a taxi and offered complimentary bottled water. This level of thoughtful service is rare for hotels near the airport. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chongqing or just passing through!

We were a large family traveling together, so we booked many rooms, including both twin and king-sized options. The rooms were all very clean, and the housekeeping staff cleaned promptly and even helped fold our clothes – a great touch! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The laundry room is on the B1 level, but there are only two washing machines, so there's always a queue at night 😂. The service was excellent; the front desk was staffed even during the Chinese New Year period. The only downside might be that the rooms are a bit small 😂, but that's to be expected in a city center. It's very convenient for visiting nearby attractions, just a 10-15 minute walk. And walking is actually easier than taking a taxi, haha!

Facilities: Sensor lights are located at the head and foot of the bed and near the washbasin. Kicking off the covers at night will turn on the light at the foot of the bed, which is extremely inconvenient for those who are sensitive to light while sleeping. Everything else is good; the breakfast is plentiful. The front desk service lacks awareness and needs improvement.

The overall hotel experience exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, making getting around very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was great, allowing for a peaceful rest. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient and quick, showing attention to detail. The facilities were complete, and the environment was quiet and elegant. It offers great value for money and is perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. When I saw my children coming in, I immediately brought us ice water. When I checked in, I kept introducing me to the surrounding attractions. It was really intimate. The children's toiletries were also prepared. It was a surprise. Come here next time you come to Chongqing! I highly recommend everyone, the first choice for travel.
