服務：及其冷漠，先説説客房，前台通知客房幫忙拼床，客房去了之後就把兩張床推在一起就告知我可以了，中間一條縫請問怎麼睡？我問阿姨，這樣就可以了嗎？其他酒店拼床就不是這樣拼的，記得上面應該再放一個床墊，然後阿姨回我一句，那我又要重新給你拆了鋪被子嗎？很不願意幫忙拼，在前台開房的時候就説了需要拼給他們説，但是客房阿姨感覺特別敷衍。我很無語，不情不願的拿來幫我弄好，頭也不回就走了，好歹我也跟她説謝謝，不搭理人，房間電話不行，捯飭了半天也沒有一個結果，一直到最後也沒有個答覆，前台服務將就，去找前台借粘毛器説沒有，借透明膠，説去找工程部師傅借，喊幫忙送到房間，前台告知送不了，那我衹好説借到了幫我放在前台，晚上我回去拿，晚上回去之後找前台，前台告知我工程部師傅又拿走了，前台另外一個直接説前台沒有透明膠，不知道這麼大個酒店衹有一個透明膠？還是壓根就沒有放在心上去幫忙找？對了，睡到第二天十點左右，有人按我門鈴，開門看也沒有個人，及其不安全，不知道是什麼情況。服務員送東西敲門也不説話，好歹説一句送東西哈，又不是不會説話，錦江旗下那麼多酒店，也是第一次遇到這種，基本的服務意識都沒有。
