First of all, the window is in the hallway or corridor, which causes the air quality of the house to be extremely poor. There is a strong toilet smell as soon as you enter the door. Secondly, the price premium is serious. It is around 130 during normal times and 240➕ during the exam. Finally, the hotel front desk guy was not skilled in business (he made wrong orders during check-in and check-out, and was not familiar with the system...). When he checked in on 3.15, he couldn't open the hotel door when he got the room card (the activation was not successful), so he had to go back and activate it again. The lady at the front desk told me to check out at 2pm the next day (Ctrip also said 2pm) on March 16, 2016. I swiped my key card at around 11.50pm and couldn't get in. At this time, I received a call from the front desk guy: " This is to remind you that you should check out at 12 o’clock.” Isn’t the check-out time written on the order message? Your front desk can lock the room with just one operation on the computer. It takes time for us to go down and activate it. I originally booked a room for an exam, but the experience was extremely poor and really affected my mood. I really can’t believe this is a chain hotel. Can you train the staff first?

Very good, the service is very good, very enthusiastic, the room is clean, tidy and comfortable, the sanitation is very clean, mainly cost-effective, housing is convenient in the city, the first choice for Beibei is convenient city 👍

I booked a three-day stay for the postgraduate entrance examination. I applied for a membership card in order to upgrade the room. They said that they would arrange a business king room in advance. When I arrived, I found that the room was very small. I asked to change the room, but it was sold out. The front desk still changed it to a parent-child room for me, which was much bigger. Members said that they would provide breakfast, but I didn’t see it. I didn’t negotiate too much because I didn’t want to be affected by the exam. Secondly, I told the front desk in advance that I could delay check-out to 3 o’clock. The front desk said that this benefit cannot be used for Ctrip bookings and can only be used on the mini program. If I want to delay, it will be 20 yuan per hour. Later, when they saw that I was uneasy, they said that I could delay. If there is no membership benefit agreed in advance, then what’s the point of spending two hundred to apply for this card? And the toiletries of this hotel, let’s see if they are easy to use 😅

I forgot to take pictures. The location is very good, just near the subway station. The square is very lively, but the hotel is very quiet. There are many delicious foods nearby, parks, Wuyue Plaza, stadiums, and Jialing River. It's very comfortable to walk around

The service attitude is good, especially the lady at the front desk, she speaks gently, has a good attitude, and is beautiful 🤩. I will come again next time.

The window is an inner window, with no natural light. I stayed there for two days without any difference between day and night. Other things are OK. It is close to the subway station and supermarket. The dry pot restaurant on Jingning Road behind the hotel is good.

There is a supermarket downstairs, and it is only 3 minutes away from the subway entrance. There is also a delicious hot pot, and it is also close to the Jialing River!

On December 11, I booked a room for a friend. I called the front desk and said I wanted to check out at 2pm. The front desk replied that I had to check out at 12pm and that I would be charged 20 per hour for one hour. Around 11pm on December 12, the front desk called me and asked me. I said I wanted to delay it until 2pm. She said, no problem, just give me a good review, and I would be fine even if I was charged. My friend went out to do something and came back after 1pm. He couldn't open the door with the room card, so he was so angry that he returned the room card.
