Hotel was clean and facilities and service was great! Hotel customer service always made sure to contact when anything arises and always ensure our stay was pleasant and up to standard.

amazing and convenient location right in the heart of jiefangbei. requested for a room with a view of the cityscape and had the perfect view. Great service and staff, extremely friendly and helpful. they went above and beyond to assist my boyfriend and I when we faced certain issues at the hotel (guest-related) however our room didn’t come with a TV, only a screen projector that was out of focus so we couldn’t really use it (which we didn’t mind at all!) would definitely recommend staying here!

I chose this hotel for the location, and it couldn't be better. Right in the center of Chongqing financial district with so many things to see and do. I would do better cleaning but it was acceptable.

location was superb - we could walk to hongyadong, shibati, jiaochangkou all within less than 1km radius. rooms were super beautiful with a massive tub - the only downside to this building was the lift system, hotel front-desk was at 37F which was served by a different lift from our room which was at 33F. meaning if you wish to go to hotel reception from room you have to change lifts
