房間衞生還是挺乾淨的，不過就是廁所小了一點，洗漱池和淋浴房、坐式馬桶感覺有點打擠（如果預訂時讓你加價預訂增加面積的可以果斷下單，畢竟面積大點也寬鬆一些），前台服務還是挺不錯的，看到手拿東西不方便還主動開門。

今年3月重新翻新的酒店，所以還是挺期待的，房間在最盡頭，牆體是開裂起鼓的，地磚補成這樣還不如不補呢，換一塊地磚真的很難嗎？電視機遙控器用着沒有任何反應，前台服務也一般，要不是當時太晚了，我肯定會換房的，不會入住第二次！

設施：很新，近一年裝修的
衞生：打掃的乾淨，阿姨打掃也很及時，服務很熱情
環境：臨近萬達購物方便，點外賣會有機器人送到房間
服務：温馨熱情，適合商務出行，或者來萬州旅遊
