I don't know how to have a face to write four stars. The price is good, the hotels are cleaner than her, the front desk has long nostrils, and the charges are arbitrary. The room stuff is prepared to cheat people. There is a big smell of the carpet, I dare not step on my bare feet, the bathroom is moldy, and the bath towels and towels are all hard, I dare not touch my skin. 到涪陵都會入住建涪賓館，近段時間天氣回暖，房間沒有開始空調，開房時工作人員也會提醒你，説是為夏季開空調做準備，在清洗。晚上到一樓大廳喝茶時剛好碰到一羣人在清洗，看來她們沒有騙我！服務工作做的真的非常棒，值得推薦！

建涪賓館是我住酒店體驗服務感最好的酒店，床上用品都非常乾淨，住着很放心，有自己的洗衣房。性價比也相當高，四星級酒店酒店1百多的房間住出了5星級酒店3百多的體驗。詢問附近的景點時，工號452工作人員非常熱情耐心的告知了好幾個人景點，比如白鶴梁，816核工洞，紅酒小鎮。出行也方便，就在酒店門口就可以打車。

再次入住建涪賓館有回到家一樣的感覺。辦理入住退房手續很快，服務熱情，尤其是79號服務員更是細緻入微，熱情周到，禮貌。房間空間也大，燈光牆布的搭配很温心，床品乾淨整潔，躲在床上也很舒服；房間的安全提示一目瞭然，衞生間也寬大，物品齊全。樓層服務員也禮貌周到，微笑問好。讓人住得都安全，放心，舒服。

酒店設施設備比較陳舊、停車沒得位置、環境衞生不敢恭維，一晚上蚊子嗡嗡嗡飛個不停，基本上整夜沒有睡着，小孩兒睡了起來手上、滿身都是些疙瘩，不知是蟎蟲還是蚊子咬的，氣大的很，非常差的一次入住體驗，建議把清潔衞生好好搞一下。
