The hygiene is very poor. We drove from Zhejiang to Chengdu. We were going to Chongqing on the way back. We booked this hotel temporarily. It was already 1 a.m. when we arrived at the hotel. Only half a bottle was left on the cabinet. After a simple wash, we were ready to go to bed. The family of three lay in bed until 2 a.m., and an hour passed. We couldn't fall asleep. We asked each other and found that our bodies were extremely itchy and red. We looked in the quilt and found a lot of long and short black hair. My child and I have yellow hair, and my husband has black curly hair. It's obviously not ours. After a careful look, the quilt was not changed at all. The boss also asked us if we were allergic. We have been traveling before the New Year for half a month. We have stayed in hotels all the time. None of us has this situation, and none of them has such poor hygiene and service.
