A very satisfying experience. We stayed for two nights. My child scraped their leg, and the hotel provided iodine. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. The location is convenient, right in the city center, very easy to find, and it was very clean.

Room was upgraded. 小邬 attended to our needs and was helpful. Service is good as well. Breakfast is superb.

Stayed for two nights, it was pretty good. Two days before check-in, they called to confirm if we had a boy or a girl, and decorated the room with Doraemon-themed items accordingly. The next day, I messaged them to ask for two extra bottles of water, and they brought up eight! When checking out, they even gave us a small bag of snacks. Just a small suggestion: I would definitely give a five-star review as promised, but please don't keep sending messages urging me to post it. Maybe if I hadn't posted on the first day, you could send a reminder on the second, but constantly asking is a bit much. I was already off enjoying myself elsewhere, and my phone was nearly dead anyway. Being repeatedly prompted made it feel like you were in a hurry, which wasn't a very comfortable experience.

This hotel is located right across from Bayi Square and is also close to the subway. Stepping out, you're on Bayi Road Food Street, where you can find all sorts of local specialty snacks. The staff were very warm and attentive. When we arrived, they immediately offered us refreshing lemon and plum juice from the hotel's self-service, which was incredibly crisp and tasty. Housekeeping was prompt; they even helped us with laundry while we were out exploring. Food delivery riders can bring orders directly to your room. Honestly, if it's not too hot, a short walk will get you to a ton of great food options. You can easily walk to Jiefangbei and Hongyadong from here, and to get to Liziba, you can take Line 2. Across the street from the hotel, you get a great mountain view, and you can even spot the Golden Eagle. I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves food and exploring!

The hotel is only a 5-minute walk from Jiefangbei, and downstairs is a snack street where all the popular local snacks and hot pot restaurants are within a 5-minute walk. The room was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast at the downstairs restaurant was rich and delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chongqing.

I had an amazing stay at this Mercure Hotel in Chongqing! The location is absolutely perfect. As soon as you step outside, you’ll find countless souvenir shops, restaurants, cafés, and everything you could possibly need. It’s the ideal place to explore the city. The staff are incredibly kind, professional, welcoming, and always available to help. They made me feel at home throughout my stay, and their excellent service really made a difference. One of the biggest highlights is the self-service laundry on the 14th floor, which is open 24 hours a day. There are several washing machines and dryers, and there is always someone available to assist if you need help. It’s such a convenient service, especially for longer trips. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this hotel without any hesitation. Excellent location, outstanding staff, great facilities, and fantastic value for money. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10!

It's also very close to Jiefangbei, and there's a night market and food street nearby in the evenings. The hotel communicated the check-in time with me a day in advance. I booked a 1.5-meter twin room, which was spacious, neat, and clean, with excellent air conditioning. Crucially, it was quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the beds were comfortable. Throughout my stay, the staff provided thoughtful service, which I noticed in many small details, such as mosquito repellent, universal power adapters, complimentary mini Cokes and mineral water in the fridge, and even a surprise afternoon tea. They also offer laundry and drying services on the 14th floor. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including Chongqing noodles, congee, bread, cakes, fruit, milk, various stir-fried dishes, and more. Contrary to some online reviews I'd seen about outdated decor, the renovation seemed quite new. Overall, it was an excellent choice for my trip to Chongqing.
