Facilities: Well-maintained, but some equipment could use an upgrade. Cleanliness: The cleaning staff did a fantastic job, very clean, and their service attitude was excellent – very patient. Environment: Simply wonderful! Lots of Ficus virens and banyan trees, plus ginkgo trees. I think it would be a perfect spot to visit in autumn. Service: All the hotel staff were great – patient, meticulous, and polite. Would choose to stay again in the future.

This hotel is really grand, and the environment is superb. I chose it for a last-minute business trip for convenience, and the front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic. There was even an employee who personally showed me around, which I really appreciate. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

I'd heard great things about this state guesthouse in Chongqing, and the overall environment definitely lived up to expectations. We were lucky to check in on a beautiful sunny day, and the blue skies and white clouds made for stunning views – perfect for photos. It's a garden-style hotel, offering a peaceful retreat despite being in the city. Our stay exceeded all expectations; the staff, from top to bottom, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Shuttle service: On-call and very convenient. Ambiance: Picture-perfect and absolutely fantastic! Service: Five-star standard.

The environment here is fantastic! It's rare to find a garden hotel right in the city center. The front desk staff were quite enthusiastic and helpful, and there were even concierge personnel. Overall, it's excellent and definitely recommended.

The room was spotless and well-equipped, and they even provided complimentary snacks. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with different specialty dishes every day. I highly recommend the Chongqing Zhongzhong Noodles; the serving bowl was unique, and the noodles tasted incredible. The service was also excellent; from the moment I walked in, they helped me find a seat, recommended various dishes, and even brought them to my table, saving me a lot of time waiting in line. The entire hotel's service was exceptional. Thumbs up!

The Garden Hotel is wonderful! My room was incredibly quiet at night, so I slept really well. I was lucky enough to catch good weather, and it was so pleasant and comfortable to walk around and sit outside in the fresh air in the mornings. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of options, and the bread was particularly good. There were also very enthusiastic staff serving freshly squeezed juice, which was a thoughtful and proactive touch. I highly recommend the freshly fried 'big oil heads' (fried dough sticks) and pan-fried 'thumb buns' – they were delicious!

The overall environment was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. Even though there were many guests during the May Day holiday, the staff were all very enthusiastic and proactive. The breakfast was rich, exquisite, and varied, with a special snack area for children. It was a wonderful trip! I really felt the warmth of Chongqing people, showcasing the hospitality and style of Yuzhou Hotel. I will definitely stay here again next time.

The environment is great, the park feels like a large private garden, and the rooms are spacious and tidy. The breakfast offers a rich variety, and the Chongqing Zhongzhong noodles are a unique highlight. The service is good, and I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Chongqing.

Five-star rating! The service is excellent, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. The hotel itself is incredibly large and beautiful, easily comparable to any five-star establishment. The environment is elegant, and the facilities are comprehensive. A truly wonderful stay.

The environment is beautiful, and it's lovely for a walk. Deputy Lobby Manager Yang Ying has a good attitude and was able to resolve any issues we encountered. The breakfast and lunch were delicious.

This was my second stay, this time in South Tower B. I booked a Jingyue room and arrived around noon, luckily there was a ground floor room available so I checked in immediately. If you're here for a concert, a high-floor room in South Tower B would probably offer an amazing experience. My first stay was in a Jingyi room in North Tower, and this Jingyue room was in South Tower. Honestly, besides the price, there wasn't much difference. The tiles in the shower seemed a bit slippery. It's fine for younger people if they're careful, but I'd be a bit worried for older guests. The shower area is huge, which makes the anti-slip mat seem too small. An older person would have to be extra cautious getting from the shower to the bath mat. I stayed for three nights, and on two of those nights, complimentary snacks and drinks were provided, which was a nice touch. On the first day, I also called to order and try the scallion chicken rice. Upon checkout, I even received a small farewell gift, which was very thoughtful.

The environment is great, and it's a huge area, perfect for an early morning run. If you don't feel like walking, there's a shuttle bus service available. The service attitude is excellent, and the room is very quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. My only minor gripe is that the toiletries provided are a bit basic.
