The room was very comfortable and well soundproofed, so it wasn't noisy at night. It was also very convenient for getting around.

The service was terrible! Upon arrival, seeing I was a Ctrip customer, they immediately tried to charge me extra for various reasons. After I refused, the front desk gave me a very poor room. The TV was broken, the air conditioning was extremely weak, and large patches of paint were peeling off the wall to the right of the TV. The cleaning staff were also very rude; knowing someone was in the room and didn't want to be disturbed, they knocked on the door three times. When I asked for a "Do Not Disturb" sign, they rudely told me they didn't have one.

I booked two nights, stayed one night, and they immediately ran away. It's the worst hotel I've ever seen in terms of environment, cleanliness, and noise. 1. The noise was deafening. Even with earplugs, cars seemed to be driving right next to my ears at night. I was with elderly people and a child, and the adults couldn't sleep a wink all night. 2. The environment was terrible. The showerhead was broken, only spraying a little water, and the water pressure was so high it hurt when it hit you. The bathroom glass was disgustingly dirty. 3. The cleanliness was appalling. I developed a rash on my feet after just one night… I don't know where I touched the hotel's filth… 4. The room had poor ventilation and a foul smell. 5. I don't know how they got a 7-star rating, especially since it's a 7-day stay guarantee. Avoid this hotel!

The room is well maintained and the transportation is convenient. There are subway stations and Wanda nearby~🌟 The nearest one is Line 10, where you can go for a walk. Wanda has Line 3, where you can go to the business district or other places. Overall, the living is good.

It's hard to imagine a hotel with so many shortcomings in one place. There is construction going on opposite, which is very noisy. There is basically no sound insulation in the windows, it would be better to say that they are not closed very tightly. There was a very damp smell when I opened the door, and the quilt was wet to the touch. If I lay down for a while, my thin clothes would have watermarks on them. Old house, got it. The quilt cover was also tattered and had holes in it. The price is relatively cheap, I admit it. Is it too much to get up at night to fight cockroaches when I sleep half way through? If you can't guarantee the most basic hygiene, are you really embarrassed to open a hotel? The attitude of the front desk staff is still OK.
