Response from Property: 尊敬的顧客您好！很抱歉沒能給您帶來滿意的入住感受，您的建議分店會加以整改，您入住前看了房間滿意後才入住的，住進去2小時後看了其它更喜歡的酒店在房間都使用了的情況後分店是無法給您退款去入住其它酒店的，您預訂的後面幾天分店是配合免費給您取消的希望您可以諒解，分店並不存在欺騙行為哦，您提到的分店做的不好的問題，分店會加以整改，出來旅遊您就要開開心心的如果沒有決定好住那裡可以先不辦理入住把行李放前台免費寄存去找其它酒店咯，並不是看了房間滿意辦理入住再去找其他酒店後再來免費退當天的房費哦，確實沒辦法滿足您這點需求，真的很抱歉呢
