Rezen Kingtown Hotel (Chongqing Liangping)

Had a great experience. The room was spacious and bright, and the bed was soft, so I slept really well. The overall environment was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. All in all, the room was excellent.

I booked this place on the highway, so I can only say that this four-star hotel must have been a long time ago. The room facilities were old and basic, and it's located in a busy area with a messy neighborhood. The underground parking lot smelled awful...

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The parking lot is a mess, covered in graffiti and advertisements, and there are no signs. There's a small alley next to the hotel; don't drive in there, as it's difficult to turn around. The bath towels smelled of urine. There's a karaoke bar on the third floor, and the elevator is the same as the guest rooms—it's smoky and disorganized. The management is a complete mess. I don't usually leave reviews unless I really can't stand it. It's very old, the facilities are outdated, and even the towels are stiff.

The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful... The hotel is in the center of Liangping... There are many delicious snacks around... Convenient transportation... But the room is relatively old... The facilities are not perfect... When I rinse my mouth in the morning, the hot water keeps yellow water... I dare not use it at all...
