人少，幽靜，很不錯的一個温泉度假酒店，泡池多，而且私密性很好！感覺在森林裏泡温泉！一個值得推薦的温泉酒店，性價比也很高的！

預訂之前就看到有評價説這裏設施老舊、管理混亂，也沒有在意。哪知道經歷了人生中最糟糕的一次入住體驗！所謂五六百的這個房間吧，就十多個平方，很簡陋。這個也還能理解，畢竟過年期間都要溢價。但是半夜洗澡的時候，衞生間的下水管道堵了，水直接倒灌進了房間，滿地都是濕的。打電話叫來客房阿姨，她説這裏的房間都是這樣…what？？又叫來值班經理，經理經驗豐富，直接喊拿個毛巾把衞生間的門堵了，克服一下。當然，如果你不接受的話，酒店就要讓你在半夜11點收拾行李離開，另尋他處入住。總之，主打就是一個我的地盤我做主，你一個外地遊客人生地不熟，坑你沒商量咯！衹能説，嚴重影響了重慶的旅遊形象。

環境是真不錯，就在温泉裏面，房間有個大露台，帶一個私湯。 槽點主要在餐飲上，晚上餓了，沒有點餐電話，問前台説問下餐廳，説問了給我回復，然後就沒有然後了。 早餐是我吃過的酒店裡最差的，一共就煮雞蛋，萵筍葉，西蘭花等十來種食物，煮雞蛋都碎了，蒸餃供不應求，沒有酸奶，水兑得已經沒有奶味的所謂牛奶很快就沒了。最離譜的是餐桌上的灰塵（見圖五）。 真心建議酒店早餐就不要搞自助了，一人煮一碗牛肉麪發個雞蛋都比這靠譜的多。

酒店很不錯，性價比高温泉是真温泉，很濃的硫磺味訂房間就送園區温泉票工作日去的，人不多很多泡池都可以獨享工作人員還送了下午茶水果到房間房間也比較大，帶私湯泡池服務隨叫隨到，很及時

現在由重慶旅遊集團接手，改名為重慶兩江假日温泉酒店。其實設施這些沒變，工作人員換了。今年8月重新開業，感覺也沒什麼改進。2000多一晚的別院，走進大堂辦理入住，也沒有人幫忙拉行李，保安在一邊站着跟沒事一樣。前台兩個工作人員，衹有我和另外一個泡温泉的客人，我在那裡都等了幾分鐘。馬桶還是普通馬桶圈，冬天坐上去一個冷字了得。早餐還是二樓，換了個廳。但是品質有所下降。新換的前台感覺不怎麼樣，雖然很有禮貌，也帶我們去了房間，但是很多事情不會靈活處理。比如入住後，讓拿一個擋板把麻將桌擋起，前台説這個房子的桌子檔板沒了，另外去找一個給我，如果找不到他們也沒辦法！！週末退房的時候問能不能延時一會，回覆，衹能半個小時，否則就要收費！！退房的時候，我説想去看看湯屋，我不進屋，就在門口看看房間結構，喲喲，前台各種拒絕！！！真的，我是喜歡耍的人，住了好多酒店，第一次遇到這種！！！辦理了入住後拉一個微信羣，有事在羣裏問。這是唯一讓我覺得有進步的地方。客房部的服務很到位，這是唯一讓我覺得滿意的服務。餐廳太差，飯又硬又黃，用餐人就兩三桌，工作人員都記錯了我們點的菜。早餐也沒有以前好。我們也是想着泡泡温泉，這些都忽略吧。

之前預購的這個價格應該比以前便宜以這個價格來説的話性價比高套餐裏包含一天私湯房兩份温泉票以及兩份早餐房間裏的私湯應該是算我住過所有私湯酒店裡目前是最大的還有桑拿房酒店房間設施應該是有些年頭了清潔衞生還行主要是地毯看起來稍微臟一些房間外露台的清潔就比較一般了畢竟在室外我去的那天基本沒啥人户外温泉池比較多幾乎泡了個遍還有泳池環境不錯挨着水庫也有服務人員準備了薑茶有管家服務服務態度好不足的是效率偏低了一些9點鐘的早飯近10點才送過來可能是因為工作人員少了點能理解酒店的晚餐價格算度假酒店裡比較平價的以川菜為主味道不錯分量也足總的來説這個價格還是挺推薦的下次應該會再來
