優點:1.位置好找，出行方便七星崗2號口出來上坡幾步就到了2.附近有吃飯的地方，有小超市小賣部缺點:1.噪音太大，隔音比較差，不知道樓上在幹嘛，一直咚咚咚的2.房間很小很小，窗户是走廊上的窗户，而且很小我之前住的那一個跟這個差不多，床要大一些，空間也大一些，同樣是七星崗附近六十幾，就是這個月，性價比低，不划算，床很小，廁所有異味，房間內有種怪味，聞着不舒服3.床又小又短，我看了評價才來的，失策了4.房間不透氣，很悶，走廊上沒有燈，大白天都是黑黢黢的5.衞生做得不好，地上還有垃圾沒掃乾淨6.空調打不開

酒店離地鐵10號線很近，出行比較方便。周邊有商場，但住宿的房間有股下水道的味道，抽風機不敢關上，問了前台客服説是樓下物業管道返味兒，如果有改善就好了，住了一天想換房間，但已經訂滿了，假期人多不容易找到稱心滿意的實惠住所，想想白天在外面逛，晚上回來睡個覺算了！

房間炒雞小，廁所更小，梳頭髮都要撞到牆上，洗頭幫找吹風，11點半才找到，差點濕着頭髮睡覺，辦入住也很慢，在攜程上訂比實際貴80多，真是絕了，晚上熱水也小，昨晚上還有個男的在外邊喊，我們以為送吹風的，結果是個喝醉了的老頭

先説不好的 隔音效果差 衞生差 設施條件差 網上訂的房間 説是25m實際就十幾平方 就一個交通便利坐地鐵很快就能到和洪崖洞
