2、每個房間衹有靠走廊的窗户，開門就是一股味道
3、我們定了兩個房間，其中一個房間洗手池還漏水很大
4、沒有停車場，樓下有停車位，物業不讓進，説停不下，但是我們後面車讓他們進，説是月租車，呵呵，打電話給酒店，酒店説物業跟她們沒關係，隨即不管我們説什麼，直接掛電話！
5、上樓去找前台協商看是否可以停車或者退房，因為我們有小孩，東西很多，一個不知道是服務員還是所以老闆娘的，態度極其惡劣，説愛住不住，哪裡定哪裡退，我説攜程定的，當時直接在攜程上申請退房，讓她同意下，她直接點不同意，但是！！我下樓進電梯，直接沖過來，兇巴巴叫我給她兩間房房卡教出來，我説:你不退錢為啥我交房卡呢？她説:一下住一下不住的，***！請問，這個店是什麼店？黑店還是有關係的什麼鬼！
