It is very convenient to travel by taxi. There are Watsons, Dadi Cinema and Yonghui Supermarket at the entrance. Since you are an overseas guest and it is difficult to find it for the first time, you can call the front desk and we will provide you with guidance or pick you up nearby. All our rooms are equipped with zero-pressure latex mattresses, a full set of Kohler bathrooms, refrigerators, pure wool carpets, toiletries and guest supplies are also selected from the same price products used by four-star hotels and are washed in star-rated laundry rooms to provide our guests with more reliable hygiene and quality assurance. Most guests have reported that our facilities are relatively new and comfortable. We are very sorry that we did not give you a perfect stay experience this time. We were renovated in 2025, and the facilities, equipment, and carpets were all newly replaced. The hotel regularly disinfects the rooms monthly. We sincerely apologize that we were unable to provide you with a satisfactory stay, given your long journey. Regarding your feedback, we carefully inspected the room. The odor may have been from the room's air freshener; the water pressure was sufficient, but the filter at the showerhead connection was clogged, causing the shower water pressure to be low. We immediately addressed and restored the issue, and will also strengthen the maintenance and inspection of room ventilation and facilities to ensure that every detail is perfect.
