I was very satisfied with my stay. The service was very warm, and the breakfast was incredibly rich. It's close to all the attractions, within walking distance. The afternoon tea was also delicious, and the bedding was very comfortable. There's also an infinity pool on the 13th floor. I highly recommend staying here again!

The Chongqing Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street Intercity Hotel excels in every aspect, from location to service. It's an independent hotel right next to Jiefangbei, meaning you step out and you're instantly in the scenic area with all the popular Instagrammable spots. The room layout is well-designed, the bedding is comfortable and breathable, and the hot water in the bathroom is consistent. The smart amenities are a thoughtful touch. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, from Chinese noodles to Western pastries, and it all tastes fantastic. The concierge-style service is top-notch. They called ahead of my arrival to confirm details and even upgraded my room. The staff are professional and courteous, and services like luggage storage and room service are efficient and thorough. Plus, they allowed a late checkout until 1 PM.

Good hotel with impeccable cleanliness. Sevice is excellent and all staff are helpful from checkin till check out. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again.

We will definitely be returning to this hotel for our next visit to Chonqing for holidays as it's location is superb. There is a Street of food stalls just behind the hotel and ShiBaTi is directly opposite the hotel. The view from the top of the hotel overlooks the ShiBaTi which was cool. The checkin staff especially Shaun, gave us his excellent personal attention. He ensured that our stay was perfect. He was attentive to Weixin messages and resolved all issues very politely. After checkout, he even ensure that we get into the taxi that will take us to the next Intercity Hotel that we have booked. We are very appreciative of this as we have been dropped off at incorrect places a couple of times by the e-hailing rides we booked. We are cannot read or write the Chinese Language. So overall, a happy stay in this hotel despite a couple of issues. Thanks to Shaun.

This trip, I stayed at the Chongqing Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street Hotel, and the experience was excellent. The staff provided great service. The subway entrance is right outside, and the hotel is in the central area of Chongqing, just a few minutes' walk from Jiefangbei. It's a newly opened hotel this year, so the room amenities and hardware are all new. The bar and pool on the 13th floor offer direct views of the '18 Ladders' (Shiba Ti) nightscape. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The cleaning staff were very thorough and meticulous, keeping the room spotless and odor-free. The breakfast selection is extensive, featuring delicious Chongqing specialty noodles, and it's a blend of Chinese and German styles, with a German touch. The environment is lovely, and getting around is convenient. The water temperature in the room was just right, and the Wi-Fi speed was fast. The staff were all very friendly. Come and experience this German-inspired hotel in the mountain city!

It’s very comfortable for travelling, especially with families. Room is spacious and can open up luggages. Special mention to Wang Dan, who served us with her friendly and warm demeanour. The concierge could be reached by WeChat. Location is very convenient. It is just next to 十八梯 and 解放碑. The view at the top of the building is stunning!

The hotel's location is excellent. Turn left just 20 meters from the exit, and you'll find Jiaochangkou Station for Metro Lines 1 and 2. Another 20 meters across the road is the Shibati scenic area. There are plenty of food options nearby; the Li Ruo Tao bubble tea shop across the street is highly recommended – I drank it three days in a row! The hotel staff are all very good, and I added the concierge in advance. The hotel is quite new, and the rooms have no strange smells. The rooftop bar has a great night view. Highly recommended.

The hotel is ideally located just one block down from Jiefangbei and Bayi Snack Street, making it very easy to find. It's also right next to the 18th Steps, a great spot for photos. We originally booked a king room, but because we had a child with us, they thoughtfully upgraded us to a twin room and even pushed the beds together beforehand. The service was incredibly considerate. The hotel offers complimentary afternoon tea snacks in the restaurant, and the mini cakes were quite tasty. They also delivered fruit to our room and provided milk every night before bed. On our second day, I unfortunately twisted my ankle while out sightseeing. After informing the butler, they immediately brought an ice pack and, since the hotel didn't have medicine, promptly ordered some for delivery. They even gave us a small gift when we checked out. If your budget allows, this is an excellent choice for your stay!

Wow, I'm so incredibly satisfied! This is hands down the best hotel I've stayed in during my travels over the past two years. The room was super clean, and apparently, it used to be the Three Gorges Bank (a taxi driver told me, haha). The interior of the room is very modern, and the bathroom details are really well thought out. The mirror is one of those new ones that lights up, and the shower floor is anti-slip terrazzo, so it's not cold. Breakfast was also excellent, and the service truly makes you feel at home. They offered warm tea as soon as I entered, umbrellas were readily available to borrow, and they even brought warm milk to my room in the evening, asking for a convenient delivery time. The biggest surprise was that they offered laundry service for dirty clothes, delivering them back to the room. The hotel is quite busy, and all the cleaning staff were very polite. I really hope to encounter such a model hotel in other cities again!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a minute's walk from the subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. The room itself was clean, tidy, and all the facilities felt new, which greatly enhanced my stay. What surprised me most was how quiet the room was at night, despite the hotel being in a bustling area. The soundproofing was superb, ensuring a really good night's sleep. It was a very satisfying stay overall.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's just one block away from Shibati, and Jiefangbei, Luohan Temple, and the Mountain City Trail are all within walking distance. The entire building is dedicated to the hotel, unlike some places that have multiple hotels in one building. The staff are well-trained and polite, making you feel right at home. I stayed for three nights, and the housekeeper even gifted us afternoon tea for the other two nights. The dining environment on the twelfth floor is fantastic, offering great views of Chongqing in the distance.

Malaysian will LOVE THIS HOTEL!❤️❤️❤️ A Heart-warming Stay Beyond Expectations! I stayed here during my birthday month, and the hotel absolutely touched my heart! The staff noticed it was my birthday and kindly upgraded my room. When I opened the door, I found a lovely surprise waiting inside and instantly melted away my travel fatigue. They even gifted me two afternoon tea vouchers and a complimentary evening cocktail voucher. The view from the top floor bar at night was breathtaking, especially while enjoying a drink and overlooking the city lights. The restaurant food? Simply amazing and stunning. Every dish was full of flavor. (ESPECIALLY THE TAUFUFAH!) I can’t recommend it enough! To my fellow Malaysians visiting Chongqing, this is definitely the hotel to stay in. It’s right next to Jiefangbei and surrounded by plenty of local food spots. There’s even a great massage place just around the corner. Every staff member, especially Ms. 王丹, thank you so much for your wonderful service ❤️ She was incredibly attentive and polite. They even helped send my clothes for laundry and offered free bedtime milk every night. Such thoughtful touches made me feel truly cared for! In short, everything was perfect. Faultless service, delicious food, stunning views😭❤️ I absolutely loved my stay here❤️

Excellent hotel in every way. Staffs are friendly, professional and helpful. Even the cleaning staff are very polite. Overall we felt very welcome and it was very pleasant. The breakfast was excellent everyda, there were something different each day. Swimming pool is very clean and city view is exceptionallyl. Location is the best in this district. Close by there are lots of good food and good shopping and very safe. We would definitely stay in this hotel again when we come back to Chongqing.
