The location is great. Near MTR and jie fang bei are within walking distance. The hotel, exactly like the picture they provide. The bed is comfy and clean. The hotel staff are really helpfull, even helping me when I got some taobao delivery issue. Everything lives up to expectations. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable.

Great room! The location is really convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to Jiefangbei, and the views are lovely. The room is quite spacious, and I really enjoyed having the projector.

Booked this hotel because the online reviews and photos looked impressive, but the actual experience was below expectations. The building is shared with many hotels and apartments, so lift waiting time was very long and the lifts were small with unpleasant odor. The room view was nice and the smart room features were interesting, plus the bed was comfortable. However, the hotel felt dusty and not well maintained. The shower drainage ponded, the sink faucet was loose, and toilet paper could not be flushed into the toilet bowl. Overall, good city view but the cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality need improvement.

The room was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. It's super convenient, just a few steps away from Jiefangbei, Hongyadong, and Kuai Zi Lou. The front desk lady was lovely – definitely a five-star review!

This is a gem tucked away among many other hotel offerings. Located in the heart of jiafengbei( 3 minutes walk from metro station) but the hotel is on the 29 floor and deadly quiet. But what made me choose this hotel over all others are the reviews that mentioned this hotel is 100% smoke free, and those reviews were smack on accurate. If you know anything about china and chongqing speacially is the smoking culture, so if you are looking for a quiet night sleep and not be woken up in the middle of the night because of that smoke odor lurking in your room, them go with this hotel.

Great location just opposite the Jiefangbei pedestrian street and 5 mins to the memorial itself. About 8-10 mins walk to subway. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Smart xiaodu control has been useful. Amenities wise, if can add a full length mirror in the room and another set of common use launderette would have make the place perfect.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and its location is incredibly convenient, right in the Jiefangbei business district. It's close to food options and attractions. This time, the experience was a pleasant surprise! I paid to upgrade to a 270° panoramic view room, which offered even more expansive views and stunning nightscapes – perfect for taking beautiful photos. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. Midway through our stay, the room's internet briefly malfunctioned. It turned out to be a router issue. After contacting the front desk, the staff member (a young lady) was exceptionally patient and enthusiastic. She proactively followed up on the issue throughout, asking about our needs, helping us switch rooms, and checking the network. The internet problem was completely resolved very quickly. I have to say, the hotel's service responsiveness and problem-solving attitude are truly exceptional. They don't make excuses when issues arise and resolve them efficiently. Overall, the stay was a great experience and highly recommended. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

This Hotel Haoting stay was absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, right near Jiefangbei, making it easy to walk to Hongyadong and the snack streets. Getting around and finding food was incredibly convenient. The room was much more spacious than I expected, with a simple and clean design, making for a very comfortable stay. The Xiao Du robot in the room was super thoughtful, and having a high-definition projector meant I could just lie in bed and binge-watch shows – a total upgrade to the experience! The service was also very warm and attentive to detail. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Chongqing!
