Ibu Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei Hongyadong Branch) Reviews

A very pleasant stay for 3 nights and as i needed to extend one more night in Chongqing for my 2am flight, i extended with them. The female staff allowed late check-out before 2pm and i was welcomed to stay at their lobby (all lobby and rooms were on level 3 which was a small cosy hotel) for around 2 hours at night before i had to leave for the airport. I will choose to stay here again in future.

Located on the third floor of the building. receptionist is so helpful. I checked in at 3am. if no one was there, just use trip.com and click contact property and call them. This is so helpful as I used roaming not local sim. the room is so spacious. nearby metro station. just walking distance to kuixing building, hongyadong, zhongxing road (for halal food options) and there is even halal restaurant right behind the building. the location is the best! with that price.

Location not very far from metro station, but i always use didi to go anywhere because it’s more efficient and cheap. Hotel room is quite big and clean. They don’t change towel, it u ask they will charge 10 rmb for changing towel. I never see the reception desk in hotel, you have to add their wechat and communicate with staff.

I had a great experience with this hotel. The room was very luxurious for the price and the staff were very accommodating despite my lack of chinese. Also really great location, never had to take a taxi anywhere, only walked and took the subway.

This hotel only rents one floor of another building / hotel so first time entering can be confusing. Big beds, extremely spacious bedroom and bathroom. However, the water shower faucet was very light downpour. Splashing water on myself on a sink would be more effective than showering honestly. I asked the front desk and they said they will look into it but it never got resolved. The front desk is rarely seated, but they have a WeChat you can message and they are very responsive. The location is very central, and I got to walk and take the metro nearby everywhere so that's a plus. I probably would look at other places to stay when I'm in Chongqing next time.

The hotel was overall very good, very clean and located in the middle of popular commercial streets. Touristy places were also pretty close, which was very nice. The only negative aspect was that we paid more for our room in order to have a window, but it turned out to be a really small window, partly hidden behind the bed frame, with no view whatsoever and felt a little bit like a joke(it felt like we were in a cardboard box). But other than that, the hotel and room were pretty good and I would recommend.

Really good value for money and located within the walking distance of the major JieFangBei Pedestrian Street. Hotel is super clean

Great location and safe area for women solo trip. I can walk to many attractions and so close to subway / shopping street. Hotel not noisy and comfortable . Room so clean and hotel maids so kind. Great location. Near metro station, jiefangbei with lots of dinning options.

Good location, near exit 3 of Linjiangmen station. Walk to Milkyway Hotel and can take lift to 3rd floor directly. The room size is comfortable. Free tea, water and cola were provided. Just the bathroom that cannot properly separate wet and dry zone. The hand shower was unable to use in my room.

I actually really enjoyed my stay. Lovely place and it has a very classy environment. The amenities and the bed are comfy and luxurious. Location is excellent

5 minutes walk to Linjiangmen station, lots of restaurants and shopping mall around, 10mins walk to Hongyadong and Jiefangbei. Room clean amd very new.

The location is great! Near to station and city, surrounded by shops & food! Recommended!
