The pricing during the National Day holiday strictly follows market supervision requirements and has been publicly announced in advance on all booking platforms. There is no unreasonable premium, and the relevant price filings can be verified at any time. Second, we have quickly rectified the core issues you were concerned about: • Soundproofing and smoke: The hotel's e-sports area and business area are clearly separated by physical boundaries. We have increased the number of staff patrolling the passageways between the two areas to prevent the spread of noise and smoke from across the areas. At the same time, soundproofing strips have been installed in all guest rooms. In the future, we will prioritize arranging inner-view rooms for guests who require quiet to reduce external interference. • Service and Breakfast: We have conducted a special review of our service team to ensure a 10-minute response time for guest requests. Breakfast is a customized set meal (including a main dish, drink, and snacks) in partnership with KFC, not the basic 9.9 RMB option. We will also be adding local specialties to enhance the dining experience in the future. The hotel is located at a high point in Shapingba District, and we intended for you to enjoy panoramic city views from this bustling area.
