Rigel Hotel

Excellent stay at Rigel. The building has a number of different hotels. We stayed with Rigel on the 49th floor. Wonderful view of the city. Hotel service is spot on - very responsive to any questions or requests. Room is clean. Love the robot that deliver our Taobao / ******* buys 😀 we also made use of the laundry room facilities - they have like 6 washers and dryers so not waiting hehe. Only disappointment was the 'gym' which only consist of bike and treadmill. Despite that, I did use the spin bike. But no worries - will walk alot in Chongqing anyway 🤣 Will stay with Rigel if I visit Chongqing again.

Location was great and the view is fantastic although it was quite foggy on most days, it’s nice to have a great view of Raffles City from your room. There are also many hotels in the same building and plenty of spa and massage places to choose. We got upgraded to a bigger room. Room is clean and staff is very friendly. There are robots to bring your takeout to your room. 4k projector TV is awesome with many movies to binge on. Bed is very comfy. However the room layout is bad, we have to walk in circles as the bed is in the middle of the room. The sink tap hot and cold water is integrated, which is bad for winter as the cold water comes first, and you have to turn all the way to get to hot water. Prefer the normal tap. Also please look at providing 2 chairs at the table area for takeout. I had to ask for a stool, which they kindly provided. Overall, a great stay and I would highly recommend if you want somewhere close to subway and the shopping area. And it’s not very far from Jie Fang Bei. You can always take a Didi if you don’t want to walk.

We would like to share our absolutely wonderful experience at Riegel Hotel Chongqing, which is located directly opposite the iconic Raffles City Chongqing. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms were modern and comfortable, and the view from the room was absolutely stunning — one of the best we had during our travels. A big thank you goes to the ladies at the reception, who were always kind, helpful, and ready to assist us with anything we needed. All communication was handled smoothly via WeChat, which was extremely convenient. We were also pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s thoughtful service: cutlery, plates, and glasses were delivered directly to our room for our snacks. What made it even more special was that everything was brought by a cute little service robot, which made us smile and was a truly memorable experience♥️✨ Overall, our stay was flawless, and we can highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chongqing🌟Greetings from the Czech republic 🇨🇿
