Seriously, you guys! I finally found my dream hotel in Chongqing! It's a high-rise cave hotel right by Jiefangbei and Hongyadong. This real-life cave sanctuary is just too romantic! ✨ The location is absolutely unbeatable!! 📍 It's in the heart of Yuzhong District, and Jiefangbei is right downstairs. You can walk to Hongyadong, Luohan Temple, and the Yangtze River Cableway. The metro station is also downstairs, so you don't have to go out of your way at all. If you get tired from sightseeing, you can just head back to the hotel and relax – a godsend for lazy travelers!! The best part is the room's view!! From the 24th-floor, floor-to-ceiling window, you can see the two rivers converging and the sprawling buildings of the misty mountain city during the day. At night, you can lie in bed or soak in the bathtub and directly watch the myriad lights of Hongyadong. Chongqing's 24-hour romance is all captured through one window. 🌆 I absolutely adore the huge scenic bathtub 🛀. Taking a hot bath at night with the glittering river view and neon lights outside – it's an immersive cyberpunk nightscape experience. Every photo you take looks like it's from a movie! The bedding is also super comfortable! The soft latex mattress feels like sinking into a cloud, incredibly stress-relieving 😌. The room is clean and tidy, with all the amenities. The service is attentive, and the value for money is just excellent! Seriously, if you're coming to Chongqing, you don't need to look for accommodation anywhere else. The location, aesthetics, view, and comfort are all top-notch. Staying here will double the happiness of your Chongqing trip!!

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to Hongyadong and the metro station. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortably laid out, with amazing high-floor views. The staff were enthusiastic and efficient, always quick to help with any issues. It was super convenient for getting around and exploring, and overall, I had a really great stay.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the metro station and to many of Chongqing's landmarks. Our room wasn't ready at check-in time, but we only waited for less than an hour. I was a bit disappointed because we stayed in a room with a pillar between the bed and the window, which completely blocked the view that I had seen in the photos. Overall, a nice stay, just keep in mind that it takes ages for the elevators to arrive, especially at peak hours.

Just a 2-minute walk from the subway, about 200 meters, super easy to find. The location is excellent with many malls nearby, and you can even catch a partial view of the river. The hotel service is great, though the elevators can be a bit slow since it's an office building. It's perfectly fine for a weekend stay and definitely recommended.

Traveling to Chongqing with my child, we stayed in the family room at the Hongyadong Qianhe Zhixuan Hotel, and overall, it exceeded my expectations. 👧 My child's favorite: the tent! As soon as we entered the room, she spotted the little tent and immediately ran inside, refusing to come out. She played hide-and-seek and hugged her dolls in there, having a blast all by herself. 🌉 The river view was also stunning. The room window faced the river directly, and the night view was absolutely beautiful.

This building have many company and a lot of people come. So the elevator is very busy a lot of people use. You need calm down for wait to use. It’s too bad for 5 star for me.

The hotel is conveniently located near Xiaoshizi subway station. It has a great design, and the staff's service attitude is excellent. They even provided a travel guide and a small gift. You can enjoy both scenic views and the night view from the hotel.

The room was clean and the front desk service was excellent. What really impressed me was the luggage delivery service to the airport, which made it so much easier to explore in the afternoon. Plus, the self-serve espresso was quite good!

Very disappointed for a no. 3 4 stars hotel. Amenities wise, it was lacking in many areas. The sound proofing was very bad, we could hear cars honking the entire time even though we were on floor 23, made it very difficult to stay asleep. The window blinds were too thin, not able to keep the light from coming in. The sliding doors to the shower and bathroom doesn't slide properly. No fridge in the room. No tissue box by the sink. We could smell the cigarette smell from inside the room because they asked guests to smoke at the stairwell but the door to the stairwell was always open and our room was close to the stairwell. Even tho it's a non smoking room. We could smell everything. They had free laundry provided on our floor but everyone uses it and other guests unloaded our things before the drying process was finished. Ended up losing an article of clothing. The elevators took forever to come. Only positive thing is that it's a very convenient location.

The room was clean and tidy, the service was attentive and thoughtful, and the location was excellent for getting around. My stay was very comfortable, and it offered great value for money. This will be my top choice for future business trips.

The view from the room is amazing! Room is really clean and service staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Would recommend this place to my friends。 it’s close to the subway. Very convenient in location.

Room The room itself is good. Clean and largely comfortable but there is no sense of privacy between the room and the toilet. There is a gap between the door and the wall, allowing sound/ smell to permeate. There is also no refrigerator in room. Building The hotel occupies a few floors in a mixed use building but what is not apparent from the hotel listing and the reviews is the state of the building. The building is old and smokey with people smoking in the stairwell. There are only 3 small elevators servicing the entire building. We frequently had to wait 5-10 minutes for the lifts and during morning rush hour, there would be a line of people going out the building waiting to enter the lifts. When we do get to enter the lifts, they’re often packed with people and stop at many floors, with some people insisting on entering the lift even though it would cause the lift to be overloaded. My friend ended up having to get off the lift in order for the lift to continue operating because no one else wanted to get off the lift, not even the inconsiderate people who caused the lift to get overloaded in the first place. There is also no security on the floor that my room was on so anyone can access the building and the floor. Facilities The gym is tiny, smaller than the guest room. There is only 1 treadmill, 1 bike and weights in 2.5kg increment to 15kg only with no bench. There is a cable machine but the mechanism is sticky and it is pretty much unusable. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers in the laundry room but the room was right beside the stairwell and open to anyone to access so there was no sense of security.

In all fairness, this review is based on my genuine experience during my stay. The hotel’s location is indeed very good. It is conveniently located near the MRT station and within close proximity to popular attractions such as Hongyadong, making it very convenient for sightseeing around the city. However, the overall stay experience was extremely disappointing, particularly in terms of security and service standards. The hotel’s security measures appeared inadequate, as anyone could access the guest room floors without restriction. In addition, the professionalism of the front desk staff requires significant improvement. The room I booked online was the “Elara House Fengqing Window-Side Tatami” room type, but upon check-in, the front desk changed my room type without informing me in advance. What frustrated me the most was that when I noticed the room was completely different from the photos and specifications shown online, I approached the front desk for clarification. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the staff attempted to give various excuses and claimed they were only trying to accommodate the preferences I had indicated during the booking process. I found this explanation unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Although another staff member later apologised to me during check-out after hearing my feedback, the damage to my impression of the hotel had already been done. I can honestly say this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in China. Overall, while the hotel benefits from an excellent location, the actual stay experience was extremely poor. If I visit Chongqing again in the future, I will definitely not choose to stay here again, nor would I recommend this hotel to my friends.

The front desk service is excellent, and the lobby on the 21st floor has a great design. It's super convenient with attractions and restaurants nearby, and Luohan Temple is right next door.
