Meilun Hotel Chongqing Airport

It is very convenient to stay in this hotel if you have to flight next day. Also if you land very late in the night and don't want to spend another 1 or 2 hour to go far from airport, then this hotel can save you a lot of hassle. Don't expect too much from their breakfast. It is costly only because of the location, which brings convenience. Also don't get confused with the name shown in trip.com. actually the name on the board is different. I love the location and access to T3. The staff was friendly and extremely professional. However, the room cleanliness can do with some improvement. There are so much hairs on the carpet, enough for me to spot them without bending down. Slippers come in handy which fortunately was provided and very comfy too!

This is an international hotel. The room is very big and the room is clean. The reception handsome staff was courteous and efficient. The hotel is located in the airport, close to the airport arrival level. I am looking forward to my next visit now.

The only hotel that is right next to the Chongqing Airport. The receptionists are prompt and room clean. My fren slept very good and commented that the bed is comfy. Breakfast is provided, decent but dun expect much. It is a smart room so you can use voice to control the room.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it’s inside the Airport so if you need to sleep some hours it’s very convenient, but it’s not very clean to be a 4 star hotel and.

Four issues: 1) Although a non-smoking room, the first room smelled cigarette smoke. This side of the hotel (left side of 3rd floor corridor) is overlooking a metal construction/bridge without view to anything, depressing scene which you cannot easily realise at night. Asked for another room. 2) The second room did not smell so much but there was another construction/wall right in front of the window, not visible when a guest moves in at night. Asked for another room. 3) The third room was on the right side of the corridor. Not smelling. View to the airport. Problem with cleanliness: there were finger-nails on the carpet from a previous guest = was not vacuumed at least for three days (before me and during my first two days). Bed sheets where not arranged by house-keeping. Used towels were not even picked up from the bed. I argued with the reception staff (who were young and inexperienced, but quick learners), to eventually have housekeeping rush to clean the room and vacuum it. 4) Breakfast was 99.9% Chinese, apart from their ability to make (solid) eggs and availability of bread slices and jam. Coffee available was only with "yest like" taste (strange).

The walkway was smelly like trash bin area. Location was the main reasons that I booked this hotel.

Good that it's at the airport. A little hard to find in that it's actually just outside the actual terminal but still inside the airport facility and just a 10 minute walk. Not the newest decor

It’s a very convenient location. Booked this hotel due to a very early flight the next day. Fast check-in & out. Although it’s just inside the airport but it’s very quiet & comfortable. Worth the stays.
