Hilton Garden Inn Properties in Chongqing

We booked the Hilton Garden Inn for our family trip. The lobby was nice, but we had several problems with the rooms. First, the room phone was broken. Second, none of the four rooms we booked could connect to the Wi-Fi (we might not have done it correctly, but none of us could connect). Third, the lighting was dim, and we couldn't find the light switches in the toilet and bathroom. There were also no smart features, making our stay uncomfortable. When we tried to contact the front desk, there were few staff available due to the Spring Festival holiday, so they were too busy to resolve the issues. Furthermore, we only managed to get through to the hotel once by phone through Ctrip! We couldn't get through again after that. So, we asked Ctrip to help us check out early and book another hotel. The surrounding area has a good shopping district with many malls.

Hotel service is really good, I went to so many hotels, this front desk is the only thing I feel that there is no class, it may be opened, everyone is more passionate, hahaha, the room is also very good, the environment is very good, there is a banquet hall is noisy, super close to the park, It is very comfortable to go for a walk at night, there are fewer foods around, it is not too convenient to go back to the hotel to order takeaway, the choice is a bit less, the victory in the hotel is really good, the next business trip to Lushan preferred hotel.
