Dates were booked accidentally and was never considered of cancellation or change of dates. Pathetic service.

This place claims to have kids play area, swimming pool and camp fire, all these amenities are hazardous and unsafe for kids.lets start with play area, it has a small merry go round setup of iron.however the area around the setup has uneven ground, boulders, and sharp hedges.any kid can entangled and hit these boulders. Unfortunately, my kid (we went this place to celebrate her bday) got entangled in hard roots and got bruises on face. Good part was, she avoided herself to hit any stone.otherwise it might be fatal. The property is full of uncovered pits here and there.trapoline is broken and any kid can fall off..but there was no signboard or restrictions to use it. Swimming pool area is having slippery sand at entrance just to make injuries Overall, this property is unsafe for kids and teenagers.i talked to ***ager and showed injuries of my daughter, he accepted the problem and offered some discount.I wanted to talk to the owner instead of discount so that I can explain the gravity of the problem and convince him make better arrangements for future travellers.but , ***ager couldn't do it.

Beautiful setting, soft white bedlinen, large room with patio, nice shower, large buffet breakfast, every helpful and fast service. Large swimming pool but tucked in back. Opt for Indian, not Western dinner.

We had booked this resort for a stay in chikmagalur. It is bit in interior but once you reach there, the experience is awesome. Good ambience, surrounded by coffee plantation, good food and service. We were with kids and sr citizen, its was a good stay for a family. Only concern is its location. It taken 30, 40 mins to reach city.

Too ***y lizards in the rooms and outside the rooms, was like living in a wild life sanctuary! Food below average, rooms Okish… facilities like games etc are good. Children would enjoy that part. Way to get to the resturant was also not very easy and it takes a few trials and errors before you find the right way. I would say this isn’t a bad property, just not an amazing one. You can give it a go if you want.

My husband and I, accompanied by our daughter and son-in-law, stayed at The Coffee Grove resort in Chikmagalur for two nights. We travelled by car to Chikmagalur from Hampi. The Coffee Grove turned out to be a serene and peaceful place once we reached there. The location is a bit remote and our driver was somewhat confused, especially since Google Maps and the reception desk at the resort were in conflict for a while. However, the remoteness added to the sense of detachment from the world that the place invokes. We stayed in cottages which were beautiful and spacious, surrounded by greenery. The cottages had AC, geyser, mini fridge and TV. Provisions were there for making tea or coffee in the room. The glass-walled dining hall was a short walk from our cottage. The staff were courteous and helpful and the food was excellent. The breakfast, included in the room charges, was sumptuous and we got our choice of dishes from the menu for lunch and dinner. The place was so beautiful that we dropped our plans to go on sightseeing trips and just stayed put for two days, soaking in the surroundings.

I visited with a family of 4 members including a 9 year old child. We booked the hotel room online. In the morning of the day of check-in the receptionist gave a call and on request send me location details. The check-in was smooth with a welcome drink and tikka. The room was perfect. The complimentary breakfast was perfect. The food at the restaurant was perfect. Ghe hotel staff, Miss Savita at the reception and Mr. Kiran at the restaurant are persons you would remember for their courteousness. Thr resort had well maintained swimming pool, indoor games room, badminton court, cycles, watch tower and lots of coffee plants. I would rate the hotel more than 5 stars. Finally, the entire staff is always there for you from the watch*** to the front office ***ager. Thanks for giving us a memorable stay.

We stayed here for 3nights and it was such an amazing experience! Cottages surrounded by nature, waking up to the sounds of birds and food that awakened our taste buds-- it was all that we needed from our hustle bustle lives!! Very kind and attentive staffs, special mention to Shruti who was very sweet!
